Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. They sell brand new items that are packed and shipped by an imbecile and when you get the item it is smashed and missing the most important part. There are a million air filter or water filter stores out there go elsewhere. And DO NOT buy anything from them as a 3rd party seller on Walmart you will get the runaround like you would not believe.

I have to say if you are buying a brand name filter from them like Honeywell or PureAir you will get a quality filter. However, I was told that their filters were less expensive and the quality was the same. That was not correct. I'll post 2 photos you can clearly see the difference. I spoke with Juan and I think he would have accepted a return however I had already installed them in my system. He did not offer any money back nor a credit towards a next purchase.
PS: Note the number of folds in the PureAir filter are about 5-6 to 1 compared to Filters Now. There is no comparison in these

Do not buy anything from this company! Customer service is horrible. They made a mistake shipping products I ordered. When I called customer service, they informed me they could re-ship at my cost! When I disagreed, they brushed me off and acted like they could care less.
Save yourself the aggravation, order your replacement filters somewhere else.

I ordered the filter and 3 refills from this seller. I only got the filter, no refills. When I contacted them, they just brush me off. They do not provide the excellent customer service they claimed they would like to provide on their site. They certainly do not value to have you as a customer. It's also a horrible web site, not user friendly at all.
