Frank was first introduced to the construction industry at the young age of 14 while working alongside his father who mentored him, and taught him everything he knew about the concrete trade. Frank's passion for construction propelled him to earn his degree in Construction Technology in 1983, then founded Adorno Construction in 1988.
Because of his dedication, perseverance and hard work, Frank was able to build a reputable company with an honest, experienced, and professional team. He thoroughly enjoys interacting with his clients and industry partners, as well as estimating projects. When he is not on the field or in the office, Frank enjoys boating, wake surfing, hiking, snow skiing, hunting, barbequing, and surrounding himself with family, friends and good food.
He continued to advance within the company and went from working on the field, to estimating, to scheduling, then to managing projects from start to finish. Juan's greatest joy is watching his client's ideas flourish into a successfully completed project.
