Jack responded immediately to my call and provided a quote within hours. (I felt his quote was very fair compared to past tuckpointing work that I have had completed in the past). He promptly scheduled the tuckpointing to be repaired and arrived to complete the repairs as scheduled. Jack not only completed quality work but also identified a couple of additional issues that needed to be addressed. He returned with the necessary materials and completed the additional items. His work was completed quickly and professionally, I would highly recommend Jack for any tuckpointing work needed.

Very quick response on FREE Quote, Confidence, professional, reasonable price, clean job throughout whole process, Well cleaning after finish the job. My brick wall(5 x 5) had several step cracks n some falling weakened mortar joints. It needed retuckpointing n get the crack issue fixed. He comes around noon n get the job done same day. Jack is very friendly n kind person, yet super professional on his task. Now if I ever have brick issue or build new, I will not look no further. Just call JACK!

Jack came out and fixed a repair to our brick fireplace (removal of one ledge and 3 floating brick shelves), he was prompt, efficient and clean. His price was a third of what others were charging but the work was excellent. I would highly recommend hiring him if you have masonary needs.

Jack was very responsive from day one and provided a reasonably priced quote. He had done some projects in the neighborhood and everyone seemed to be satisfied by the quality of the work. He did tuckpointing in two walls and finished the project on time. He was very careful and professional. Our walls look much better and we have received some compliments from our neighbors. I would highly recommend him and I would definitely call him for additional projects.

Brick wall in front of my house needed tuckpointing REAL bad. It had deep grooves and plenty holes in between from old shutters and bees. I decided to call Jack and he came right out the next day to give me a quote. Following day he began working.
He covered the ground he was working on to keep everything clean, filled all the big spaces beautifully and even fixed a brick section that was real loose.
His work was excellent. He was professional, courteous, and price was great! I would definitely recommend.

Jack Masonry and Tuckpointing located in Hoffman Estate, IL does exceptional work and repairs. Professional and knowledgeable. Not hesitate on taking on small jobs/repairs, unlike larger companies that can’t be bothered. He points out potential problems for the future, but doesn’t try to “sell” you more than what you asked for. Reasonable prices, friendly. Highly recommend.
