Joey immediately responded to my request and within two days, I was already completing my moving which involved picking up boxes and furniture at 3 different locations. Everything went flawless. I worked with Jon to move a very expensive 3D Printer (500 lbs, the size of a fridge) from Boca to Hollywood FL.

From jump to finish it was a smooth transition. My team was Andre, Dennis and Ganael( sp?) They were on time, called to let me know they were in area. Great morning attitude and made sure I was on the same page as they were and that I understood when the clock started. They kept constant and open communication throughout. Packed everything as if it was they're own families items. They moved with speed and did not take breaks until job was done. Great team and a great price. They deserve a bump in pay or a bonus. Not one item was damaged and not one wall or chandelier hit. I would recommend 100

From the time I called Our Family First Move and spoke with John to the day of my move everything went smooth and stress free. The team that moved me, Leon, Don and Mack were great. From the beginning they were friendly and courteous. They were quick, but very careful with the wrapping and handling of my things. I would highly recommend Our Family Moving and Storage. It was a great experience from beginning to end. If I could I’d give them 10 stars.

This was our first time working with this moving company as well as our first time moving out of state. Yeah no complaints at all, loved the guys, very respectful profesional efficient and really took care of our furniture. This is our 10th move with a moving company and by far hands down this one was the best. Joey and John thank you for your great communication. The professional of the movers was very much appreciated. They took care in wrapping each picture, lamp and furniture. Each box was carefully loaded onto the trunk. This company deserves 6 stars. From start to finish they are ultra professional, very responsive, fair priced, on time, extra careful with wrapping and handling, Plus they knocked it out sooner than I expected. This is a Rockstar team of experts that are awesome at what they do and they care. If you want a less stressful move, then you only need to call them....period! Thank you!

Excellent! We've moved multiple times and this company has been our best experience. They are responsive, professional, clean, friendly and reliable. The team that was sent to do our move was awesome! They felt like part of our family by the end of the day. The office staff is super. They worked with us to get the exact dates we wanted. There were no glitches in any of the service they provided. Definitely a great experience.
