I just purchased a new heat and air unit from Hendricks Heat and & air, what an amazing group of people to work with. They did an amazing job on getting the old unit which was over 50 years old out and installing the new unit that is working amazingly. I worked with Dil Brandow who took time to walk me thorough the whole process and I could have not asked for a better experience. I called four other companies in Bartlesville area who came and looked at and did not even send a quote. I would never use anyone in Bartlesville Ok. Call Hendricks heat and air or call Dil... Our AC wasn't blowing cold air, so we called to have someone come out. Less than 24 hours later we had someone out to our house. He immediately recognized the problem and was quick to solve it. He gave helpful information about what we needed and was not pushy to get us to do anything unnecessary. Only took him about an hour to replace the parts needed and clean out the AC Unit. Great service, very friendly and professional.

Called Hendricks Heat & Air to fix my central air that failed on a very hot day. Within a few hours they showed up and had a/c up & running. First time using this company but I was very impressed with not only their quick response time but also their fair pricing. Anytime you need to hire someone to fix your home, it's nerve wracking, especially if you have no prior experience in that field. We had a pipe burst and the city had to turn off our water. We have a 14 month old so having no water, isn't really an option. Considering the winter storm, every plumbing company I called was booked out for days and even weeks.
