I am Michelle Meyers, certified Interior Designer and owner of Joli G Interiors and Designs. I feel fortunate that I have been able to build a thriving career and business doing what I am truly passionate about. This Bressi Ranch family home was ready for a major update. The clients wanted a family friendly ''modern farmhouse look and feel. The kitchen was completely transformed with a waterfall edge island, counter to ceiling backsplash, floating shelves, a custom hood, all new hardware, and statement light fixtures.
Check out the before pictures of this kitchen in Poway, CA. This tired and dated kitchen was lacking storage, space, and function. A complete renovation transformed this space both in look and functionality. We created a "wow factor" in a small space with full height cabinets, a custom hood and bold backsplash.
This quaint coastal home was ready for a full update. Check out the before pictures below. We decided to keep the original tile floors and to allocate the homeowner's budget to other areas of their main living space that would provide more bang for the buck. We added a fireplace insert to provide heating for the entire downstairs as well as glazed porcelain tiles and a reclaimed mantle.
This family home started as a clean slate, being a former rental home. The clients were out of the country and we never met in person, yet, the end result turned out great, despite a limited budget. We finished on time, just in time for the clients' arrival back in the country. The result was a surprise to the whole family.

Michelle helped make our first house a warm, inviting home. We had never utilized the help of an interior designer before, and hesitated with the cost of hiring someone. However, it was the best money we spent in turning our house into a space we are proud to live in, and love sharing with family and friends. Michelle is responsive, creative, incredibly kind and talented. She took what limited ideas we had and came up with exactly what we hoped for. Words cannot describe how talented Michelle is!! We remodeled our downstairs home (e.g., painted, new floors, new fireplace, etc.) and Michelle was available every single step of the way before she redecorated the area. Michelle listens carefully and at the same time, is honest in her approach. She saved me from making a few catastrophic remodeling decisions that would have not been good for our family. Michelle is absolutely amazing to work with and I don't know how we could have transformed our house without her expertise, creativity, and the genuine care she put into every design she completed for us. Michelle from Joli G Interiors not only did an amazing job on our Master bedroom and bathroom remodel, she was an absolute pleasure to work with.
