We fix cracks in the drywall, ceiling and foundation walls, as well as doors that stick shut, and sinking and unlevel floors. We install internal and external drain tile systems to keep the water out of the basement. We also install sump pumps. Our basement wall services repair bowing walls, reduces pressure on foundation walls and wall anchors to provide extra durability.
Sometimes minor cracks in the foundation walls that are leaking can be fixed with epoxy crack injection. We install sump pumps to help flush the water out of your basement and away from your home. Waterproofing a crawlspace is defined as the resistance of the passage of water under hydrostatic pressure (ground water) through the foundation and accumulating in the crawlspace.

Jay is a good guy and I believe he wants to do good work but he is too busy to finish up work. I needed some warranty work completed and my driveway repaired from the drainage project at my house. I have been told for months that he would be back this week to get it fixed. Unfortunately, weather, staffing, or someone else's project delayed him is what I would hear the following week with the same promise of I will be out this week. I like that he is a local company and does not take the same approach at foundation repair as the big corporate companies but at the end of the day he does not have

Jay Warner and his team installed a retaining wall, sump pump and did some trenching for us in our crawl space.They did a wonderful job and stayed on schedule. They stay busy so make sure to book them in advance. We also had to have a couple of minor things looked at after the repairs were completed (and we had paid in full). Sometimes after payment it is difficult to get a company that will still aim to earn your business but not in the case with Warner Foundation. Jay and his team came back out and fixed them without any problem. They stand behind their work and warranty! HIGHLY recommend. Great
