I had Sinton complete a new system in our house in January. It was a replacement of an old system so they replaced my old unit and added a hot water heater buffer tank to allow for more cost savings on natural gas for water heating. They did not do the loop system since I had one already in place, but I can tell you that everyone of the guys that assisted me with pricing to install were professional and extremely knowledgeable.
I first called them because the old unit wasn't working and they gave me a few options to fix it, I ultimately chose to just replace the system but I was never pressured

I could not have been more pleased with the process to provide me a quote to replace my HVAC system and the actual installation. I inspected the work after it was complete and was very impressed with the quality of the installation. They provided a fair estimate, did not cut any corners during installation and I have no reservations in recommending them.

We have used Sinton for over 15 years. They helped us nurse along an old oil unit until it was no longer practical. Luckily we were able to take advantage of government tax credit to install geothermal. My wife keeps meticulous records and insists that the savings were worth the investment. Even without the credit, if you are planning on living in your home a long time the benefits may outweigh the cost. We have an emergency generator and Sinton along with our electrician have it wired seamlessly. What I love is that we run our a.c. from the first heatwave of Spring through Halloween at minimal

This system has been operating great for the past two years. I've waited on providing a review so that I could provide operating experience. I will get into more details in a bit but to summarize, the units have been saving us more money than estimated by Sinton and they have not had any issues keeping up with heating and cooling demands. Even in this bitterly cold 2019 winter the unit only needed to kick into 2nd stage on a couple of days and it never needed to go into emergency (resistive) heat.

We followed the previous owners’ excellent advice and have been using Sinton since we bought our house. Our usual guy is John Wilson, who knows our geothermal system inside and out - literally. He is available anytime and capable of everything the system could need. Also he is a really nice guy and it’s great to have a familiar person come to the house.

Sinton has been our long time service company for HVAC. When our old system needed repairs, they helped us make some decisions about when to replace the old unit, and helped nurse us through the last year. While we wanted to wait until fall, our AC finally died last August. Sinton helped us get a great American Standard system for our home and expedited the install to keep us all comfortable- they got the AC up right away and came back to finish the heater replacement a week or so later. It made all the difference, and the service staff is always incredible. Sinton always treats everyone like friends

I had a new Geothermal Heat Pump system designed and installed by Sinton Air in 2014 for an 1800s farmhouse. Bill (the owner) spent several hours at my home to plan out everything. He engineered the system so that it was sized correctly for my home. The system runs beautifully and has provided adequate heating and cooling since day one. Martin, Tim, and every other employee I dealt over the years has been very knowledgeable and helpful. The men who installed it along with Bill were experienced, polite, and made sure every last detail was perfect. If you're looking to have the job done correctly
