Called company at 4:30 p.m....Shawn the technician was at my door by 5:30 p.m that same day! Didn't pull any punches, gave honest and upfront pricing, suggestions (there wasn't a smoking gun on my unit) and tips to keep things running right... had him do some work to fix probable cause, he was wicked efficient, great conversation and great with my German Shepherd! Pricing was reasonable, great experience... definitely recommend him and the company!

We had a great experience with this company. From the person who answered the phone to the technician who came and fixed our AC.
They gave me a window of 2 hours and were promptly here within that timeframe. The technician, Shaun Sowers, was very professional, thorough, and friendly. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed and working.
I would highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

My AC was not reaching its set temperature so I thought there was something wrong with it. I google for someone to come check it out and got Mojave Air Conditioning. The response was quick and they came the next day. The technician went up to check the AC and after 5 minutes came to me and said the AC was working fine and charged me 99 dlls just to check it. 3 weeks later my AC broke down. Of course I called someone else to fix. I was told this could have been prevented if a proper diagnostic assessment was performed, which I assumed Mojave Air didn't perform.

I’ve used Mojave Air Conditioning for several years. My very old central air conditioning and furnace units were simultaneously replaced by Mojave Air Conditioning 2 or 3 years ago. The service technicians have always been great with all they’ve done for me.

Tech that came out to do "diagnostics " did not even perform diagnostic test just told me that I needed to get compressor replaced cause it was broken or a whole new unit. I got another tech to come in to do diagnostics added freon and my ac has been working fine since. You can't really trust ppl in this town. Just a bunch of sharks.

In one of our rental homes, we wanted to repair an older AC unit. Mojave was quick to respond to our request. The unit was so old we ultimately needed to replace it. The Mojave team including Travis went out and installed a fully new system. Mojave gave us a discount for the repair work that had been done the month before. The total price was reasonable. First, I was referred to this company and told they were great and beat others prices so I didn't hesitate to have them come out therefore never called other HVAC companies to get quote. I really would like to give this company five stars because their office staff and tech are very prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and getting a next day appointment was necessary.
My FYI just be aware!!!!
They charged $205 for a $10-20 part which is outrageous, I definitely understand marking up but not 1000%. And they don't credit you their service call fee when you have them do the work so you pay

Omar came out to inspect our broken AC unit. He arrived quickly after my call to the office, and he was friendly, and very professional. Also took a bunch of time afterward, to look up various options for the repair.

It was a Friday night a couple of weeks ago when my air conditioning went out. Of course the next day was supposed to be 95 degrees. Saturday morning I started calling around to see who could come out and look at it. Mojave was my 4th call and they said they could have someone out between 11 and 1. Great. No one else could come out that quick. The tech showed up promptly at 11 and within 30 mins. my air was up and running. The tech was very friendly and explained to me what exactly happened. These guys did a great job!! Thanks a bunch!

Absolutely wonderful!!! Very, very thorough, can not say enough about how great the Service Tech was! Extremely polite and courteous!! Scheduler was also exceptional. Price was fantastic, only sorry that I didn't have my vents cleaned sooner!

We recently purchased a home in Las Vegas Mojave did the pre purchase heat and A/C inspection and they are now doing our twice yearly service. Very professional and thorough company. Their service person Ricardo is excellent. Prompt, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. As the house is "new" to us, he took time to explain our HVAV system as he did the inspection & service. Technician was so patient. My dogs were beyond obnoxious about a strange mask wearing man and weird sounding tools, but he was very understanding. The clog in my dryer vent was horrific (thanks previous owners) and it took him a while to finally break through it. I had tried to do it myself when I moved in, but I didn't have the tools or patience. I should have hired Mojave sooner and saved myself the grief. Very reasonable priced. I do wish I had been offered an emailed invoice vs a confirmation number on the charge, but that's not enough for me to dock the overall rating.

I have lived in my current residence since 2018, had always experienced respiratory issues while sitting on my couch. I finally decided I had enough with it. I called Mojave Air Conditioning to request my air duct to be cleaned. My appointment was scheduled within a few days. We had a very professional service tech named Pete come to our house, Pete was friendly, and he explained everything to us, he never seemed rushed, he gladly answered any questions we had throughout the cleaning process.

In mid January, one of our heat pump systems was constantly starting and stopping, providing very little heat. We contacted our Home Warranty company, who sent out serious bottom-feeding A/C companies in a month long fight to get the system working. After numerous mis-diagnosis and demands that we pay for services NOT covered by the home warranty and partial "repairs" that resulted in safety sensors being bypassed, we contacted Mojave Air Conditioning. I saw a review from a friend and knew I should trust Mojave but even more happy that Cecil helped us. Cecil helped them with their home and now ours.
Beginning of August in Nevada summer and the capacitor went out on our A/C. (85 degrees inside and 86 outside at 8am)
We've had issues before and after a month we have run into the same problem of no cold air coming out. NO OTHER COMPANY DIAGNOSED THIS OR CONSIDERED THIS AN ISSUE!
I texted their service before opening time and got a reply within the hour. Cecil called before he was on his way and his arrival time

My wife and I selected Mojave Air Conditioning to install a new kitchen vent hood over the stove. The job required removing and disposing of the over-the-stove microwave oven, creating new ductwork and opening to the exterior wall of our single family house, and installing the hood unit.
Two installers, Spencer and Humberto, arrived as scheduled to complete the project. These guys did a great job repairing our air conditioning unit!
Middle of summer, our ac unit stopped working! We first called another company who proceeded to tell us that we need to replace the entire unit which will cost several thousand. I was shocked and not happy. My friend told me to call this company instead, and they promoted came out within a few hours. Instead of thousands of dollars, they repaired the unit for just several hundred dollars instead. Wow what a savings and the ac unit works just fine now!
The office staff was very prompted in sending us our receipts. Easy transaction
