Conrad Jones is a graduate of NAIT in the Construction Technology field. He has estimated well over 600 homes and has done thousands of custom pricing requests for customers. He has a strong sense of how to adjust a project to fit the affordability requirements of a customer while still giving them a quality product.
Prior to working in an office, Conrad had hands on experience working in custom homes creating some extravagant features. His eye for detail helps him work with clients in creating a vision for what their future home will look like. Conrad and his wife Karleen, live in Edmonton with their daughter Stella and son Isaac.
They enjoy going for walks in Terwillegar dog park with their dog, playing with their kids and going on bike rides and zipping off to the mountains to explore the trails. Ben Pond has a wide variety of experience in the commercial, institutional, industrial, residential, and light rail transit sectors.

I had worked with Conrad (then with a different company) on a past basement renovation and had such a good experience that returned to work with him at Nuvo for a recent (2021) bathroom remodeling. Working with Conrad and Ben was an great experience. Ben was our main contact, and I found him to be professional, responsive, flexible, and informative. I found him to advocate for us on price and quality when it came to working with other trades. He was accommodating with scope and price changes, available, and had our best interest in mind. Would not hesitate to work with Nuvo again!

Nuvo has been a great company to work with. They are professional, responsive and creative.
Nuvo completed several renos on our 1912 house this year. They replaced our front steps, built a gorgeous pergola in the back, installed a new front door and installed new hardwood in the front entry. Everything looks wonderful and we are so happy!

Ben and Quinton were outstanding in their work skills, communications, timing, respect towards us as their clients, prep/overall quality and productivity! They have integrity in their work and that’s what I respected and appreciated most. We’ve had several terrible contractors over the last few years so we were nervous. But Ben’s company is so far above these others I would not look elsewhere again. Highly recommended this company!

We had Nuvo do a medium sized renovation at our house - they closed in our two storey entryway to create a second floor bedroom. Besides that the renovation is beautiful and exactly what we wanted, the reno was completed on time, on budget and we could not be happier with the service. This was our third mid sized renovation (first with Nuvo) and the first where we had not one complaint. Everyone communicated beautifully, the site super came by near daily just to make sure everything was on track and even to vacuum! We had framing in a second floor, drywall, electrical and hvac as well as flooring

My home reno was a big project. I obviously did meet with number of constuction companies with Nuvo Construction with being the last one, I should have met them first! When we met I felt at ease and comfortable. I knew immediately I would be using Nuvo Construction. Every step of the 2 month long process they went out of their way to guide me and explain things. The reno process is a challenging one for everyone involved, I could not be more pleased I still sometimes look around at my house with gratitude and I am very thankful to everyone at Nuvo Construction.

We've had Nuvo construction at our home for multiple projects and have been super happy every time. They've installed flooring, fixed my fence, created a parking pad, and did the grading around my entire house. They have high standards so the finished product is always amazing. They also have great communication so you know exactly what's going on with your project at all times. Our neighbours even commented on how nice their work is, and have mentioned how impressed they were with how clean Nuvo kept the work site. Highly recommend!!!
