Now that Grabince is under NEW management, I can not express how great and customer friendly this company is. Steve is always on top of every aspect of all of my jobs to ensure that everything is exactly as intended. The quality and design of my cabinets are great. I am a residential contractor that specializes in high-end custom homes. These guys go above and beyond when it comes to their work and craftsmanship. And did I mention Crystal - their designer!? She is always pushing the envelop when it comes to new designs and really listens to what my clients and I envision and she makes it happen

I am a builder in Baton Rouge. I use Grabince on all of my jobs whether it is a custom, spec, or a remodel. For the negative reviews on here, take a look at the dates. Take a look at the dates and keep in mind that during the 2016 flood Grabince also flooded.
I can say with certainty that Grabince is not what they are accused of being 2 years ago. They heard the complaints and they took the right steps to improve - personnel changes, equipment changes, and process changes. They have built gorgeous cabinets for me at a price that is more than fair. The mark of a good vendor is after service follow

Very Professional Service they deliver a solid product and if there is any issues you want address The GM Steve will make sure it gets done and you are happy. There are some negative reviews that are really unfair during the flood a few years ago and the only issue I saw dealing with them then is they tried so hard to get as many people in their house as fast as they could they might have taken on to much work but that was only due to they care about there customers.

I remodeled my home I had a hard time trying to decide what cabinet company to go with. I walked in to Grabince met with Steve Cushman and his Design team, one we got together and designed my cabinets and got to see how they built there cabinets, I new then I had made the right decision to go with them. I was just going to do my kitchen but I ended up remodeling my bathrooms and laundry room, the guy that came and installed all my cabinets they were very professional, now everyone that comes over love what they did, they are #1 in my book

Very Disappointed in our experience. We ordered cabinets after the flood in September. Since then we have been given the run around on delivery dates and almost everything else. It is near impossible to talk to someone and no one calls you back. We were trying to be in our house by Christmas and they keep going back on our delivery date. We have cancelled our order and are asking for our money back that we paid for the deposit. Their customer service is very unprofessional and I am truly heartbroken that this is literally the last thing we need to be in our house and they are acting like it is

All this company want is hold your money as longer as they can, and not build you anything. If they honestly told me have to wait 2-3 month, I maybe able to wait, I understand the flood keeps everyone busy and every house need cabinets. But it's shame that you lie to the customers! Wasted me 9 weeks for nothing, I believe this company is closing soon.
