Beau at Boyd's is truly one of a kind - he helped us IMMENSELY when our ASME tank was leaking on our Class B Campervan. Woke up this morning to a freezing house and no propane. Called and they said it might not be tomorrow until they can have some one out. I live 30 mins out side of amarillo so I understand it's harder for them to get out here and with the way the weather and roads are im not mad, it was poor preparation on my behalf. Less then two hours after I called i get a phone call and they are pulling up and are ready to fill the tank up. I've used them for the last 3 times I've needed propane and will continue to use them. Every single time they have been quick and professional.

Randy and all of the staff are great, had a problem with grill, they checked it out and replaced it no problem, that’s the way a business should take care of their customers, we also bought our Lenox fire place from them as well as a skid mount sprayer, all are great. I would recommend if you need a grill, fireplace equipment or tanks or sprayer equipment don’t waste your time anywhere else, go see the folks at Boyd’s. John

Boyd's Equipment.... Randy went above and beyond! I called in needing some parts for a Saber grill, sent photos of issues. sent my registration paperwork, and through his interaction with the company, grill was replaced. Local expertise is often hard to find in today's business climate. I would definitely recommend Boyd's Equipment, knowledgeable personal with a great line of products. Thank you!

We are so happy with the electric fireplace insert we recently bought from Boyd's Equipment. The staff at Boyd's are very friendly and knowledgable about their products. At first we weren't sure we would be able to get the fireplace we wanted, but Randy went above and beyond to make sure we got it and in a timely manner. We highly recommend Boyd's Equipment!!

Had issues with a grill not performing. The manufacturer wanted to continuously replace parts. Spoke to Randy at Boyd’s and he stepped in and spoke to the manufacturer on our behalf. Boyd’s graciously replaced our grill. Boyd’s will be there if you need them. Outstanding customer service, our only place to shop

Boyd’s Is a great place to do business. I’ve always purchased my propane there and any gas fittings that I need (even when they were miles away on Amarillo Blvd).
They are always friendly and helpful even if the issue I might be having is with a propane heater that isn’t normally sold by them. Great people and very knowledgeable!

I love this place! They have the best spices and marinades around! One of a kind in town. There are so many surprises they bring with all the cooking assecories they carry.
I never expected to not only get my awesome portable Weber Propane Gas Grill, plus grilling utensils, and an am amazing marinade that has me and the family spoiled to good taste.
If your looking for something cheap this is not your place. If you want to find the most durable, classy, reliable and "cook to perfection" grills, along with knowledgable and friendly staff that remembers your name and favorite choice of meat then

One can usually have an idea about a company's customer service with how promptly (or lack thereof) a customer is greeted at the door. Needless to say, I was greeted within a few moments of entering the business. I explained my situation to the sales associate, I was then escorted to the office where the associate began to call the representative for my product. A conversation later, I had my replacement parts on order.
