Robert and his brother provided great customer service. The carpets were a disaster at the new home I just purchased. I shopped around a bit and this was also the best quote I received and highly competitive. They were able to really thoroughly clean the carpets effectively and it was a complete 360. Also, we had spilled paint on the carpet earlier and he was able to remove that as well even after cleaning / packing up his machine already. He was thorough and very great with customer service. These guys were great! I had them out twice - once to clean my carpets and the second time to clean the entry and bath tile floor. Robbie and his team did a great job on both. the price that was quoted was the price charged. I have not had carpet cleaners out for awhile because the last time I had one out the final bill was three times what was quoted. I was pleased that this did not happen this time. The entry tile is a light color with sandy beige grout. After the cleaning the grout and tile looks like new! Thanks for the great service! I will definitely use Extreme Carpet Care again.

These guys are awesome. They came out with less than 24 hour notice. They were kind, considerate and professional. They stretched my carpet in two rooms, which is a service not all carpet cleaning businesses will do. They also cleaned my rooms and it was all done at a competitive rate. I highly recommend them.

This was the best carpet cleaning experience I've had in quite some time. After doing a bit of research I finally came across "Extreme Carpet Cleaning" and decided to give them a try. I was surprised when I received a follow up message right away when I reached out on yelp. I was able to get a quote and book service right through the app.
Fast forward to cleaning day, my quote time was originally between 12pm and 2pm. I received a call from Robby around 12:15 letting me know they would be here by 1:30. The tech, Jameson (I think that was his name) arrived earlier than quoted.
