Great experience with this group. Steven was very helpful in explaining everything to us first time buyers. He put us in the best product at the best price AND delivered on time and without any issues. The team of Benny and his brother called with estimated time of delivery and dang if they didn't show up exactly on time. They did the install quickly too. They are real pros at Spas Unlimited!

My husband and I shopped at Spas Unlimited on FM 1960. David Lessing, the general manager waited on us. He showed us several swim spas and some hot tubs. We decided on one of the hot tubs. David was very patient with us as we were trying to get a prescription from our chiropractor. He was not pushy at all, and gave us some suggestions. He is very knowledgeable in the mechanics of these items.
When we settled on this one, the delivery crew came to deliver and set it up. Benny and the other 2 men that were with him set it up in just a short time. These men were courteous, professional and friendly

After having our spa six month it is time to write a review of Spas Unlimited service. We've had issues with the bluetooth that had everyone scratching their head, ordering parts, dealing with delays in getting the parts from the manufacturing company and COVID.
Last week Brett contacted me again to tell me they finally have the topside control panel for the entire spa.....yeah. Brett showed up early and had the bluetooth system working again. It sounds fabulous, the speakers have high end quality sound and makes the entire spa time even more relaxing.

We are extremely satisfied with our experience with Spas Unlimited , from purchase through delivery. Gene (sales) was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions In person and later on several phone calls. While there was a slight delay in delivery of our spa, we understood it was from the manufacturer in Tennessee. Benny and Jeremy were great during delivery and set up. They stayed and assisted the electrician who was having trouble completing his final set up. Thanks for the extra work. We love our spa and highly recommend Gene and his team at Spas Unlimited.

About a year ago I purchased a spa from David Lessing and then 10 months later when the spa was still under warranty, a major water event in my back yard flooded the area where the spa was set up. Needless to say I had been advised by the Spas Unlimited delivery man that elevating my spa was not necessary. Needless to say, he should have advised me to raise the area because even this minor water event got the motor and circuit board wet. My lovely spa stopped working. I called Spas Unlimited to find out if my warranty would cover the repairs, alas, the warranty did not cover water damage. Again

We went in to purchase our hot tub towards the end of June and had a very good experience they weren’t pushy and let us browse around alone first and said to let them know when we had questions. We were told it would be a 4-6 week wait for delivery due to the pandemic but also could be sooner and I’m happy to say it was within the window at 5 weeks. Everyone there was very helpful with questions and delivery guys were very nice and did a great job my husband even helped them out getting it on the deck where I wanted it placed. In early December 2018, I purchased a new Catalina hot tub. It was finally delivered in late January 2019. By October the stereo had quit working. In December, well before my 1 year warranty expired, I contacted Spas Unlimited (SU) and they planned to send someone out to fix it. In late January the technician, Brett, came to look at it and confirmed the stereo did not work and told me they would need to order one and charged me $95 for a service call. fee for him coming out. We decided to take a look at the selection of hot tubs in-stock at Spas Unlimited. We took the whole family on a Saturday - and Gene took excellent care of us! He went over all our needs (I have some physical issues) and recommended a perfect spa for our family! We'd been dreaming of getting a hot tub for a while and being stuck at home had us really wishing we'd taken the plunge. Gene to the rescue. We called him up asked a lot of questions told him our budget and he made it happen. He talked us through our questions and FaceTimed to show us the goods. Gene was a good salesman, professional and honest. The delivery was quick and the crew was knowledgeable and helpful with our installation.
We have made use of the hot tub every day since it arrived and I really don't know how we ever lived without one. It's such a magical way to end

After months of fighting with repair people around a "free" spa, we fianlly got the help we were looking for. David at Spas Unlimited assured us he had a great repair guy and he was right.
Brett showed up early, talked us through everything he was doing and answered even the most ridiculous questions we had. I hope we are done with repairs and can start using our beautiful tub but if we need anything we know where to go in the future.

I recently purchased a 475 gallon 7 person Dynasty therapy spa from Spas Unlimited as a first time buyer. David walked us through all the available options patiently and thoroughly. He sold me one of the in stock units. He gave me a discount and I did not negotiate the price further. The spa delivery was on time and professional. I had minor issues with the electrical hook-up but both the third party electrician as well as Spas Unlimited worked to make sure things were running as expected. We worked with Gene the owner/manager of the store and grew to trust his opinion regarding purchasing a Dynasty Hot Tub from him. Over all our Spa buying experience was great! The sales staff was incredibly knowledgeable, and took the time to listen to our wants and needs. They then showed us several brands and models explained all the differences. We walked in with a good base knowledge from shopping other stores and the Internet and left the showroom very well versed in what to look for in a quality spa. I purchased my hot tub just after Harvey... I have gotten so much use and enjoyment from my Dynasty Regatta. My husband has a pretty bad back and we were able to get a prescription from his dr for hot tub use and that saved us from paying tax... YAY!!
Most hot tub retailers outsource their repairmen, but Spas Unlimited has their own in house people. I called in for an issue and David, one of the owners actually came out personally. (I was impressed). Even though it was just a small adjustment that was needed, he was so informative and patient.

Is there a way to give less than one star? I spent almost $8000 for a spa with this company. It included led lights and a stereo system. I was also given a one year warranty. After it was delivered and the the electricity was hooked up the stereo was not working correctly. I called for service and the technician came out to replace the stereo. I was not charged for this call.
A couple of months later the led lights were not working correctly. We called for service. The technician came out and the light slave was replaced. At the end of the call the technician, Neil, presented a bill for $95 plus
