This is now the second home that Volk Homes has remodeled for us! Love that I can give Brad my ideas and we can bounce around different avenues to get there. We had Brad Corbin's company replace our roof and he worked so well with us and our insurance company. I can not say enough good things about Brad and the sub contractor he used to do the work. The workers were polite, constantly working and not wasting time. It was obvious that they had worked together for a very long time as each person had a particularly task to do and worked quickly and efficiently. They were very careful to cover the shrubs near the house and when the job was completed, they picked up every scrap of extra material and nails.

I cannot say enough positive things about this company. Brad is great and he made my roofing job so easy. He completely took over dealing with my insurance and was able to get much more covered on my behalf than I ever expected. I will definitely call him the next time I have a project!

Brad and his guys were awesome to deal with. Super nice and knowledgeable. They met or beat all of their deadlines. They put in late nights multiple times just to make sure each task was finished in a timely fashion. They went above and beyond to get our house the way we wanted it. Had Volk Homes come in and do a light remodel (Replacing Front Door, removing doors and reframing, plaster and paint bathrooms). The team they had out to do the work was extremely polite and answered all the questions I had. They even went above and beyond to fix the mistakes from the previous repairs. I couldn't be happier with the work they did and will definitely use them for future work.

Dependable, Reliable, and Honest are just a few things i can say about Volk. After a tree fell on my house, destroying my roof, I was expecting the worse. After contacting multiple companies I was referred to Volk and am extremely glad I was. They made a seemingly stress filled situation extremely easy. My wife and I are very happy with the work that was done and are very excited to be able to call Volk for more projects we have in mind for the future.

Volk Homes built a custom home for our family. I must say that Volk Homes from the beginning put us in contact with their plan designer who drew every detail that we could think of to make our home perfect for our family. With John and Kathy's help we navigated selecting all of our custom touches from our lighting, tile, flooring, countertops, etc. In the process they helped us stay within our budget and Kathy helped us obtain our financing for our home. We are enjoying our beautiful home of our dreams and all that it offers as well as our LOW energy bills! Our current electric bills run approximately

I first discovered Volk Homes in 1988. I continue to be amazed at the beautiful homes they build. A VOLK HOME is truly a custom home from drawing board to completion.
