Blinds Brothers Ltd. could not have been better. The price we paid was exactly as quoted. It took just 8 business days from the time we ordered until installation. Rick was very useful with advice and information and was quick to respond to phone calls and emails. I called and left a message during the week to have a quote over the phone approximate on behalf of a property manager I am helping with and they didn't return the call. I tried calling again and no on picked up. I guess they're too busy with work to even get work which is fine. However, there's no one to even pick up a call during business hours a few times? No receptionist?

Honesty should have read the reviews before even considering them. They service is very bad, a s they don't pick up phone calls or return calls and says they will call back with information on orders and never do, until you call again and again. Honesty should have gone with any other company that does better work. Their measurements were off too so I ended up with lopsided blinds and folds and creased in my blinds a few weeks after installation. Very unhappy with the black out blinds as they have so much gap on the sides that it lets in too much light, but they swear it is very little over

I had budget blinds install some black motor blinds in the bedroom of my apartment a little while back and they did a very good job. The cost for the job was competitive compared to a couple other companies I asked, at a little over $1100. The staff were always polite and helpful over the phone and the person who did the installation was professional and friendly. I contacted BB about blackout roller shades for my bedroom. They were slow to respond. When Rick came to measure my windows, he was nice and friendly. He estimated 2-3 weeks max. Having received no updates on the status of my order, at the one month mark I emailed in the morning. I did not get a response until late the next day, after I'd sent another email wanting to cancel my order. In his response, Rick was very understanding and apologetic and scheduled the installation within the next week. So from order to installation, it took five weeks.

Blinds brothers are tops! I hired them to do all my blind work which included installing blackout blinds in the bedroom and automated ones in the living room. Both are great features in the home. The service was prompt and of the utmost professionalism. I'd highly recommend them to anyone needing blind work in the l lower mainland.

I contacted Blind Brothers via e-mail and submitted my measurements for an online quote. The pre-sales support was very slow & I had to keep following up, it was close to Christmas so perhaps they were swamped. Once it was all quoted & scheduled it went pretty smoothly. The blinds are great quality though I don't have anything else to compare it with. BUT after-sales support leaves a lot to be desired : they didn't clean up, we had metal shavings everywhere. They nicked the paint & wall in one spot and said it wasn't them... There is a drill hole in the floor eerily close

We had a great in home consult by the owner of Blinds Brothers (Rick). A few months later we had the roller shades installed. The person who did the install was not the owner, he left a mess and was not the most professional. That can all be overlooked though bc we got a great price on the roller shades. What can not be over looked was when I called their office the next day to ask for valences for the living room windows, the receptionist (who told me she was the only person who answered phones) was extremely rude from the get go telling me I should have the measurements for the valences, when

I searched for "Vancouver Blinds" and found Blinds Brothers. I read the reviews in Google and when I gave them a call I was not disapointed. They were professional, patient(I'm fussy), cleaned up after themselves and most importantly my windows look great and I can keep the sun out when need be.

I've told my friends about Blinds Brothers and suggest you give them a call first if you want it done right.

I was able to get a quote from this company but when I tried to book an in-home consultation, I was originally told appointments available Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm which is exactly the hours I work. No response given to my last e-mail inquiry (which was 3 weeks ago) so looks like they don't need to my business. Ended up going with a different blind company that gave better customer service.
