We couldn't be more satisfied with the company's service and response to our need. Every member of the team, the president of the company, the technicians and reception is very personable. I honestly don’t know where to begin. I had done extensive research about different companies that sold and installed stairlifts. I had reached out to a few for more information and was not at all satisfied. Then I placed my call to New England Stairlifts and it was an entirely different experience. I was told Bob would call me back, from prior experience, my thought was sure he will. In a matter of minutes my phone rang and it was Bob. He was wonderful, informative, friendly, honest but most of all calming and made me laugh. After signing and perching all I needed to do was wait for an install

Mike was extremely generous with his time and patience. He explained how the machines work in thorough detail and we made videos of his explanation as well as of me going up the chairlift. This family owned operation is really friendly and easy to work with and accessible should problems arise. I would recommend them highly!

I have an old narrow and uneven staircase. Dave did the installation and was very attentive to detail. He gave very clear instructions and hands on tutorial. It was easy and done within 3 hours! What a simple solution for ensuring safety for my Mom when she comes to stay with me. A huge relief! Everyone I talked to - Liz, Mike and Dave were incredibly helpful and friendly. I highly recommend them!

Awesome experience so far. This family owned business listened to my story, needs and came up with a solution. The ordering and install was done all within a week just in time for my husband to come home. The tech, Dave, showed up on time, installed equipment, showed me how to use the equipment, explaining everything to me throughout the process, and finished up all within the allotted time. He was very respectful, clean and wore a mark the whole time. Experience has been top notch so far.

A perfect experience with an extremely friendly and capable team of professionals!! I needed a stairlift quickly for my father coming home from rehab. Robert was extremely kind, directed me on the 3 photos and 3 measurements he needed to put the quote together. They didn’t need to come out during these COVID times. I had the quote within 2 hours and Robert actually kindly told me I didn’t need to stairlift to go around a bend if my father could walk up 3 steps. He was perfectly correct and saved me a lot money from what I thought I needed. He gave me a discount because my dad is a military
