Hyman Hayes Associates thoroughly enjoyed working with the Nichols Construction Team on the Cornerstone Ambulatory Surgery Center, Rochester, NY. They completed the project on schedule with few change orders, provided excellent documentation, and exhibited quality workmanship. Moreover, they were on top of every detail, and their responses were always quick. Finally, we must compliment them on their project process, especially their documentation. It was thorough, easy to follow, and timely.

The Nichols Team built Trinity Montessori 10 years ago. It was a dream come true! Now during the pandemic, we called on John NIchols and Jim Burm to help us reevaluate the use of our building during this difficult time, when the use of every square foot influenced our ability to meet the needs of our students. Outstanding work performed by the Nichols construction team. Had them come in and excavate out a 55' x 55' pad of concrete in a manufacturing plant then repour it to the depth I needed. I was impressed with the communication from start to finish. Job site was clean and organized at the end of each shift. This group went above and beyond to to meet our satisfaction and needs. Our entire leadership team was impressed with the outstanding customer service. We will gladly hire them again for any future projects. Thank you Mike, Chip, Andy, Dave and Brett.

The Nichols Team and my organization, Renaissance Academy Charter School of the Arts, partnered together to do a large scale multi-phase construction project. We chose to do a design-build method and we couldn't be happier with the results. They are true professionals. The quality of work performed was second to none. During the planning phase to rebuild our new church after a devastating fire in 2015, we hired the Nichols Construction Team. I witnessed the organization operate from a customer centric approach beginning with understanding the customer’s needs and budget, utilizing customer focused leadership, empowering their team, and implementing a culture of continuous improvement.
