I called on a Saturday afternoon after realizing I was locked out of the house, and the owner was both kind and professional. After my call, he said he would contact one of his techs, and then call me back to give a time estimate. He called me back within 5 minutes, and said his tech would be at my home within 30 minutes, and he was! He truly saved me as it was a 90+ degree day, and I had food for a family birthday in my car!

Dan is great! I set up an appointment to have the front door look re-keyed. He was very nice, punctual, called ahead of time to let me know he was coming on a specified day. The price was very reasonable too. He was very efficient; procedure did not take longer than 20 minutes. Overall, I had a very good experience with Advanced Lock&Key. Everyone here is really nice and always happy to answer any questions. I was initially thinking that I will need to have the whole lock changed but was told that it is possible to just have it re-keyed and it would be a lower price. I highly recommend this place

Look no further! Need a locksmith or anything related? This is the place. All the five star reviews are for real. Local family, long time business, doing things right. Too bad all businesses aren't like this. We had a key break off inside a side door deadbolt. Dan and Greg responded fast, efficiently, and in a friendly manner. Priced fairly. Dan was wonderfully accommodating, and the convenience and ease of transaction could NOT have been any better. Thanks, guys! New customer, for life. Use this business without hesitation!

These guys are THE BEST. They installed two new locks and a doorknob for me after other "locksmiths" butchered my doors.
Advanced Lock & Key were on time, had everything they needed and were polite and nice. They tell you what it will cost upfront and it was very reasonable.
I wish I had called them first.
They installed the hardware to hide all the mess the other locksmiths made. I feel they were working to the quality level they would use on their own house.
This is three generations of locksmiths! Call them. You won't be disappointed !

I bought a house that is over 100 years old and with that, things eventually break. I have had to have them come out on two different occasions for two different reasons. They go above and beyond to explain to you what is going on as well as get right back to you when you reach out. I would record them 10 out of 10 times.

Advanced Lock & Key are the best locksmiths around! They have performed work on our car (with a transmission key), installed keyless entry in our home (which I love) and also fixed a handle on an older bi-fold door and are the only place we get key copies made (because the keys ALWAYS work! I've gone to the big box hardware stores and it's a crapshoot on whether the duplicate key will work). They are a family-owned business and always a pleasure to deal with. Knowledgeable, reasonable and get the job done right the first time. Cannot say enough good things about them!

We couldn't be more thrilled after moving to our new home, We asked Dan Sr., Dan Jr., and Greg to help us out with some new locks and hardware. They were honestly and very genuinely helpful and helped us to pick exactly what we needed and stay away from what we didn't. The install was quick, efficient and perfectly on time. I was super impressed that Greg was able to install locks in our antique door without any trouble and that they work perfectly. Thanks to the Advanced team got their expertise and help. Great place to get a quick copy of a key for a great price. I visited on a Monday morning after receiving a reply about my e-mail regarding price. They have the best prices for house keys - $2 plus tax, another location told me up to $5 plus tax for a single house key, absurd! (I only asked about house keys) They also had parking space.
When I went to get a copy of the keys, it took less than 2 minutes for two keys! The keys work great, are high quality and they were very efficient at having the key made.
Would definitely recommend and visit again!

These guys are great. I have all of my keys made here because you don't need to worry about them not working the way you do if you take it to a hardware store. They also do commercial doors and took the time to go over some issues I've been having with a residential door and give me some solutions and tips on how to fix it. great service!
