Do not hire this guy, he will give you excuses after excuses and do little bit of work at the time and collect more money each time and doing the bare minimum of work.
When we first talked to him we showed him one of his own pictures and told him that is what we wanted: a concrete patio with stamping and a border with a color to contrast the stamping color, then he gave us the quote and since is hard to get a concrete company available due to the construction booming, My husband hired him and Porter requested a deposit and it had to be a third of the total amount quoted and my husband gave him
