I called Eric on Sunday morning because my garage door didn't close on Saturday night. He was at my condo by 2:00. He installed a new opener and fixed other things that needed to be worked on. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He answered all of my questions and helped me set my password and provided me with the necessary information to set up the app on my phone. Outstanding service!

We just moved and needed a motor with an opener. I thought we were only going to get an estimate and have to wait another couple of days for install, however their technician was very efficient and did everything in our same appointment window. It was very easy to work with this company and the technician was very respectful and gave us all of the information to our new opener! It is very quiet and works great with the remote or key pad, can’t wait for our wifi so we can try it from our phones as well! Would highly recommend this company for future garage door!

About a month ago my garage door decided to jump off its track. I called around and everyone was charging $250 plus or wanted days to come out and look at my door. I called Doors 2 Fix and they came out next morning. An hour later and the nuts on the door were tightened, they offered a good price on silent rollers (which I declined for now) and had everything oiled, realigned the right side of my track and set it with a smile, total cost $129. My thanks and appreciation to tech DP.

Our garage door stopped working yesterday, and Doors-2-Fix was able to get someone to our house the next day. The repair technician was polite and very knowledgeable.
I ended up having the garage door opener replaced instead of repaired (the repair tech could have fixed the opener, but the opener was very old, and I've been wanting to get a new one). The repair technician installed the opener in a couple of hours (I also had him replace the weather strip seal on the bottom of the garage door). The new opener is awesome. It opens very quietly and smoothly.

The service, description, professionalism and price were top-of-the-line from when I first called through the whole visit. Their scheduling was easy, I got a text alert when the technician was 20 minutes out. Derek, the technician, was polite, helpful and informative. And finally they fixed a problem that another company ad charged me $240 to create, and did it for less than the other company was going to charge me just to visit and see what the problem was. Couldn't be happier, especially after the nightmare I had with the other guys (neighborhood garage door service).

Woke up this morning already not feeling like I wanted to go to work. Hit the garage door switch, door moves two inches and stops; "What the heck". Try it again. I had just replaced the door opening myself a year or two ago. It can't be broken already.
Upon inspection, one of the springs on the door had broken. Yeah, just what I needed.
Now when it comes to garage door repair, who do you call? Who do you trust? I read a bunch of reviews both here and on the BBB website. But it's still a gamble. I noticed Doors-2-Fix Garage Door Service more positive

Garage door wasn't opening correctly. I was pretty sure there was something wrong with the springs. I put out my quote request on Yelp and received several price quotes. I really needed somebody the next day since I was meeting AFW at my home anyway. Doors-2-Fix got me on the schedule the next day. Mike came out fixed my springs and tuned my door up perfect. It was all no hassle, the repair was quick, and it was very affordable. Definitely recommend them in the future.

Called these guys to fix a snapped door torsion spring. Derek (I think was his name) was on time, and courteous. There were no extra fees, and he fixed the spring in under an hour without any issues. I wish more repair services worked like these guys. Honest, fast, and professional.
The work he did and the parts are now under a two year warranty, and I feel better knowing that the problem is fixed, and that I can count on them if something happens for the next two years.

Our garage door stopped opening while my family and I were leaving around 6:30pm. We figured we'd find someone that at best case could come the next morning. We found Derek and Doors-2-Fix on Yelp and called because of the great reviews. Derek answered and although he was no where near our home/city, he said he'd be out within the next hour. Eric came by to balance my garage door. He explained to me that the springs I had is getting old and might need to be replaced. I agree to let him replace the springs. He did a terrific job on it, he even tighten the bolts on my garage door. It might be a small thing but it shows he cares about his customer and service. I am having him replace my opener since the current one broke a few days ago. Great service. Great price. Friendly. Highly recommended.

As luck would have it, one of the springs on our garage door broke this morning. I called a couple of places but wasn't too impressed with the conversations I had. Looked on Yelp and found Doors-2-Fix. Talking to Eric was great and he explained what they would do and that he could have someone to the house in about 1.5 hours. Right on schedule, Derek showed up. He went to work explaining what needed to be done and recommended replacing both springs and with ones of higher quality. His reasoning was sound and, even replacing two springs, it was done quickly and for a reasonable amount

Eric was AMAZING!!!! He came over, did a free estimate as per their add says and he said if we did it right then and there, he would knock of a certain amount of the estimated price. We did and came to an agreement in price. Not only was he quick, knowledgable and effective, he was kind and open to questions and suggestions. He was GREAT!!! I would recommend this company to family, friends and anyone inquiring about getting their garage door fixed, sooped up or just an overview of what they need to do in order to get it to where the customer wants it.
