We had our carpets cleaned recently and I am sad to say that we were not satisfied with the service. Even though they were able to accommodate our schedule, they were not at all professional. The worker, who seems to be the owner, arrived on time and not 30 mins early as we were told. He did not have feet covering for his sneakers and he did not wear a mask. He used our electricity and he used our water from our bathtub to fill his bucket twice. He used fabric softener and not a commercial deodorizer to deodorizer our carpets and rugs. I don't know enough about carpet cleaning but I would assume

Hired this "business" to clean my outdoor poolside furniture. The owner/manager (who was mostly present for the cleaning) assured me that his crew would do a great job. Instead, the furniture did not look very different when they completed the job. The furniture still had very visible stains, dirty, and some looks even worse than before. I contacted the owner and all he did was rebuttal my feedback. They took no ownership of their sloppy, unprofessional, inattentive work. Next time I will hire some true professionals, not someone from Thumbtack!

I was excited to book with Kenny for our carpets as I’ve seen the company’s Instagram page. I booked the day and time online, the day before I get a text message asking if they could reschedule for the following day as they would be in the area. That was no problem we thought that would be great. However the day they scheduled with us for a time of 1230 we arrived at our rental at 1229 and waited and waited and waited finally text them, as they never showed at there scheduled time of 1230 we waited until 1251 up until almost 1 they didn’t call to say they’d been there earlier. nothing)
