We are Built To Bloom, a family-owned local business serving San Antonio, TX and the Texas Hill Country since 2010. We are UTSA graduates with Bachelor degrees in Architecture and a strong passion for landscape and the environment. We are detail oriented and believe we can find the beauty in nature, capture it and bring it to your property through thoughtful design!
We specialize in designing and installing complete outdoor spaces that include both landscapes and hardscapes. Our design services plan your entire outdoor renovation which can be accomplished all at once or in stages. 2D CAD full color design. Drawing to scale. It includes material patterns, specific plant types and locations and custom design of any hardscape or additional requirements of your specific project.
We are considered an essential business in the state of Texas as we provide a service that is necessary to maintaining the safety, sanitation, and essential operation of residences, businesses and buildings. The health of our team and clients is of most importance to us. All material vendors we currently work with have taken all precautionary measures and practice social distancing.

Built To Bloom provides a landscape lighting plan showing the location, type, and technique of lighting to be used.

Should be Built to blow you off...
Engaged them to do a design which went well. About a year later reengaged to install the design, they replied for pictures which I sent, then silence, I had to follow up a week later, after Scott apologized for the poor communication he set an appointment (at his convenience!) for the next day and never showed, never followed up, just totally blew me off, I altered MY schedule to accommodate you Scott! And all I wanted to do was give Scott money... Why are landscapers such flakes?

Scott and Greta designed and installed my backyard patio and landscape. The flagstone patio turned out perfect and has been a great spot to entertain. All of my guests describe my backyard as a "resort." The plants were high quality for the price and have grown very fast since they were planted. Scott was present the entire project and ensured I was completely satisfied. I'd recommend their professional services to anyone who appreciates a quality job done right.

I LOVE MY BACKYARD!!! Scott and Greta, along with their team, are excellent. They executed the plan for our backyard landscape to perfection. The attention to detail and use of materials is wonderful. We truly enjoyed working with them and love the look of our backyard. It has a "Hill Country" resort/park like feel to it and I just love to go sit out on my patio and enjoy it. I couldn't have asked for more! It's perfect!!!
