We are led by Rob O'Neil who has had a passion for remodeling since growing up in the construction industry. Rob started working for his father at a very young who has been a licensed contractor in Massachusetts for over 30 years.
After the kitchen, the bathroom is the most remodeled room in the home. Homeowners obviously choose to remodel kitchens first because it's where families tend to spend the most time throughout the day and because kitchens are typically the hub for entertaining. O’Neil Industries has earned our highest praise following complete renovation of an old home on Sanibel Island. The project involved floor plan modifications, full gut renovation of the kitchen and baths, a total interior facelift, all new impact windows and doors, new exterior siding and soffits, painting, and more. Although the work coincided with the worst of the pandemic supply chain problems, the project came in within budget and ahead of schedule. This accomplishment was undoubtedly due to the owner’s unique system of project management emphasizing advance planning and process optimization

Working with O'Neil Industries on my kitchen renovation was an amazing experience. Rob and the entire O'Neil staff were professional, courteous, competent, punctual and maintained excellent communication with me. My kitchen was prepped pre-demo and the cleaning crew left the completed area spotless. The software kept me up to date on all areas including finances, schedules and photos of the work in progress. O'Neil did an amazing job at taking the hodge podge of our downstairs and working with us to develop a plan to make it cohesive and modern, while still making sure it fit with the rest of the house. From the design plan, through the remodeling process, all the way to the final product, I was continually impressed with their ability to listen to us, craft solutions and deliver a remodel that is beyond my expectations. In particular, we requested a unique feature with nothing but a few "inspiration" pictures for reference. O'Neil worked with us to problem solve and deliver exactly what we wanted

O’Neil industries just finished renovating my kitchen. I’ve done a lot of renovations and this one was by far the most painless. From beginning to end Rob and all his employees were always on time and on the ball. My kitchen came in on time and on budget. Anything that needed extra attention was taken care of immediately and they did their best to make me happy. I would happily recommend this company.

Rob has assembled a great team of people and the results they deliver speak for themselves! We appreciated their design help, their efficiency, and their communication. We ended up with a beautiful new master bedroom and a completely updated exterior with new impact windows and sliders throughout the house. What an extremely wonderful experience we had using Rob O'Neil as our contractor on our kitchen and bath renovation! We knew we had a winner when, after receiving several recommendations, Rob was the ONLY one who called us back the same day we reached out to him. How rare is that? Efficient, thorough, eager to please, highly capable, considerate, caring, pleasant and thoughtful are just a few adjectives to describe Rob's character. On top of that, he is a wonderful family man who even returned one of our calls while attending a parade with his family! Considering I can be a "tad" high-maintenance

Rob is, Authentic, honest, trustworthy, reliable, thorough, creative, cost conscious , and technical. He will do what he says and says what he will do. Rob along with my wife and I thoroughly planned our complete renovation of our beach front condo on Sanibel in advance of the actual work. We demoed the condo back to the studs, reconfigured and rebuilt 2 bathrooms, a kitchen along with new wiring, new plumbing and new tiled floor. Rob had all materials on site before he began the project because we had 6 weeks to complete the project. Rob completed the project in 5 weeks within budget. Our experience
