I have used Matlock plumbing twice. Both times they did a good job and charged a very reasonable price. I would give them 5 stars for this service. However, I have called them three times over the last two weeks because I have more work I would like to get done. They have not returned any of these calls. For that reason I have only given them 3 stars. If they return my calls and do the same quality work I will update this review.

I recently hired Phillip Matlock to install a tankless water heater. He was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. He Gave good advice. He Was prompt and professional. He had a good crew. He did a great job for a fair price. I was very satisfied with the results. I love my new tankless heater. I would gladly use him again.

While they successfully replaced the flapper on a toilet, they charged $149.13 for the 15 minute job. Bill included the minimum 30 minute labor charge AND ALSO a service charge of $95.00. The part was $9 and they were there for 15 minutes total. Just know upfront that they charge both. I'd suggest calling someone else for small jobs.

I have used them three times in the last 1.5 months (when it rains it pours) and they have impressed me every time. They show up on time, are very professional and will take their time to make sure they troubleshoot to actually fix the problem. They have offered advice on other issues and taken it upon themselves to fix some issues without me asking them to.
They never pressure you to buy or do anything and they take the time to explain and answer any questions while giving unbiased advice.
