We purchased our solar system through Go Solar, but the system was installed by Titan. Our interactions with Go Solar were reasonable, but the installation by Titan was anything but satisfactory. The panels were professionally installed, but the controller needed to be replaced twice. It took two months after installation before we started generating energy. Titan attempted to remotely repair the controller a few times, but when that didn't work, they sent technicians multiple times to repair/replace the controller. Repairs never seemed to work more than a few hours then they sent other technicians

Our 31 solar panels were installed in February 2017, and we couldn't be more please with how well they work and how great Go Solar has been to work with. About a year after the panels were installed, a system component failed. Go Solar came the next day to fix it under warranty. When we replaced our roof 2 years ago, Go Solar removed and then replaced the panels right on schedule. With nearly 5 years of experience with Go Solar under our belts, we can, without hesitation, give them our highest recommendation.

Panels were installed and working past 5 years. My issue is that further contact with the company is not easy. No contact to correct communication issues between inverter and my computer. Is my software/firmware up dated? Can I add a couple more panels? Can I get a battery wall. Just not good communication with company, they sell you and walk away, never to be heard from again. Guess I’m luck the product is good.
