This company is horrible. They did some repairs at my house and cut two window screens. Fought with them for over a month and they repaired one screen. I looked at the screen after they repaired it and it had a large hole in it. They refused to replace the screen they supposedly repaired and then would not even try to fix the other damaged screen. They said it was hail damage and not their fault. I would run away as quickly as you can from this company; they do horrible work and are extremely rude. Never hire them!!

Recently AGS was contracted to do a major Breezeway Revitalization Project at our 55+ Condo Building. Dave Reis was our Project Manager. At our first meeting Dave said we could reach out to him at anytime -- which I did many times. He responded quickly to my Questions and Concerns Emails and was always willing to talk and explain when on Site. From the beginning Dave and AGS kept us informed and up to date on progress of the project -- demonstrating an openness and professionalism that was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend AGS and Project Manage Dave Reis.

The project managers treat owners and tenants like we're simply a hassle they have to deal with. Rob Lanius in particular has been rude and dismissive of our concerns (such as the late spring snowstorm on an uncovered stucco repair area, which could cause water damage to the areas they're actively working on). I hope other condominium residents don't have to deal with construction companies like this.

Terrible to my Community. I got a 3rd nail in my tire and the Superintendent Bill Nolan said he would pay for it because "its only 6-7 dollars" then I told him it was my 3rd flat tire and he just shrugged and said oh well, it is a Construction site. It has been raining Nails onto my Patio for a couple years now and these people treat my community like we are supposed to just deal with his sloppy crew. And he shrugs oh well its only a few dollars. NO SIR, IT IS THE 3RD FLAT AND MY TIME IS VALUABLE AND YOUR CREW TREATS MY HOME WITH CONTEMPT. The workers do not care, they leave messy

I have been working with Bob, Andrew, Bill and James for approximately two years on a very large condo rehab project. I have found them to be reliable, professional, accommodating, and knowledgeable in all facets of construction. Working with a company that does what they say they will while also exceeding expectations is refreshing. By the way, if you read C.R.'s review from two years ago, the information given is incorrect. Another company that I will not name, was responsible for stopping work for several weeks due to a dispute about the scope of work. Bob and his team were the ones that came

As a property manager a big part of my job is to vet contractors. In roughly the 8 years I have been in this business I've dealt with good and bad. It wasn't until I started working with Danielle Bjelich, Andrew Harvey and Matt Cron that I found the best!

This company was contracted to complete work to the exterior of the condo unit in which I live. The HOA and this company had issues with "billing" specifically, AGS not starting the job on time and over spending their initial bid. They then chose to SUE EVERY INDIVIDUAL HOMEOWNER within the unit. The HOA Apologized for this and made things right, and AGS has the nerve to leave a note on everyones door thanking them. This company didnt start any work for 4 months while scaffolding was covering our porches.
Please stay away from this company if at all possible.

They cancelled their initial estimate appointment, the day before it was supposed to happen, after waiting over 2 weeks. They called and rescheduled for today at 11:30. My wife rearranged her schedule to be available. At 12:30 still no show, so I called the office. Ashley told me that the driver couldn't find my house, so I sent her the exact location in a google earth .kmz file. She gave me the estimators cell number, I called him with no answer. I called him back an hour later and he answered. Told me that he made it to my gate, turned around and left, because the office girl had two numbers

It is refreshing to have a business respond to a request quickly and professionally. Gary Stevens made sure that our meeting matched our schedule and was on time. He asked all the needed questions to best understand our needs for our tenant finish at our new showroom. Once this was done his employees followed through with all that was discussed. What was most impressive was that when the work was complete the work area was cleaner than when the crew started.
Kudos to AGS Construction staff and ownership. I will definitely refer this company and use them exclusively in the future.

We recently discovered that we had some damage to our home which we were selling. The stucco finish when installed had been done improperly, allowing some moisture to get into the walls on the home. After calling several other contractors I had the pleasure of talking to Colleen at AGS Construction Inc. She set up a very quick appointment for an estimate. We had a very good experience working with Matt Cron and his team on the project in Golden, CO. As a subcontractor with a very challenging scope of work ahead of us, it was refreshing to have a cooperative General Contractor such as AGS doing as much as they could to ensure that we were successful. This cooperative attitude resulted in us completing the project in a reduced timeframe and within budget which in turn resulted in a very successful project for the Owner and all involved. I contacted AGS Stucco to bid a project related to a real estate transaction for one of my clients. I called them because of a good Angie's List rating, and well as recommendations from other brokers in my office. AGS came out the next day, and provided a detailed bid. The work is not supposed to be done until after closing, so I can't speak to the quality of the work, but so far I have been quite happy with them.
