As the owner of Saxton Air Duct Cleaning, I take great pride in our team's work. Having started in the HVAC cleaning business when I was 18, I quickly found my passion. I was a little nervous going into this because I didn't know what to expect, but I was quickly relieved. He was knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. He took the time to show me things and explain things to me. I was amazed at how clean the process was and was impressed at how they tidied up after themselves. It was as though they hadn't been there. All in all, they did a great job and were fair on pricing.

I had contacted several other companies who didn't respond to my requests. Not only did Ben respond quickly he offered several options. We coordinated schedules for him to come out and recommended a large but necessary repair (for crystallized cat urine.) Had Ben out at my house to clean my Air ducts and dryer vent the right way after having a very bad experience with another company. It was amazing what Ben got out of my ducts and dryer vent, even after they were cleaned 2 weeks prior which I had a bad experience. Ben was very knowledgeable and professional and helped me understand my HVAC system. I plan on using him again a few years from now when I get my ducts cleaned again! Definitely recommend!
