Harry came out to my house to give me a free consultation. After Harry and I came to a decision we signed a formal agreement. We needed our Window Treatment’s for Thanksgiving because we were having company. Harry called 2 days before Thanksgiving and asked how would you like your Window Treatments tomorrow. Harry has done a great job installing my blinds and has helped me pick beautiful and affordable options. He always follows up if there are any problems and corrects any issues related to the lifetime warranty on his blinds. Recently I had new windows installed which made it difficult for my blinds to still fit in my new windows. He was a huge help to find a way to have some of the blinds still fit. It was an awesome experience. Harry came out looked at the windows and started making suggestions. He showed us different samples and we were very impressed with his knowledge of the products. We placed the order with Harry.. In about 3 weeks he called us to set up a date for installation. After the Blinds were installed I was very Happy!! I recommend Josel Blind Company very Highly!!

Super happy with Harry!. He's very experienced and took care of everything that we needed efficiently, and at an affordable price. We had our idea of what we wanted to to - but Harry made an amazing suggestion that we had never thought about (that's a good reason to hire an expert) - and the results were so much better than our own idea. On 8/7/20 we had Harry from Josel Blinds come to measure for a set of blinds. After the consultation we paid him $399.96 as a down payment on the order. He cashed the check on 8/8/20. We were told it would take six weeks for the blinds to arrive. After 10 weeks we called him and he told us the blinds hadn't come in yet. We called again on 11/4/20 and he said that the company never received the order and that he would have to come back to our house to remeasure. This was during the Covid shutdown so I called him several times and asked him not come back and he still showed up on my porch. At
