Water damage is one of the most common and potentially destructive problems you can face as a property owner. It is a common misbelief that the problem is solved solely by removing the visible excess water. When a water damage happens, moisture gets absorbed into the flooring, walls and intrudes hard to reach places.
Dealing with a fire that damages your building can be a very traumatic experience. The speed and intensity of a fire leaves you in a state of vulnerability and fear. If you are reading this no doubt something bad has happened and your property is damaged… you are having a bad day. Dry Kings will take care of you. Again and again my neighbors and I commented “wow! These guys are amazing!” Fast, super professional and honestly performed miracles. Our basement was under 6” of nasty water when they arrived. A few short hours later they are installing fans and dehumidifiers and there are already dry spots. When all was said and done, our basement was cleaner than before the flood. After a faulty washing machine repair, we found water running down our 3rd floor wood hallway. We called Dry Kings after getting guidance from our insurance company it was our responsibility to fix any damage.
Dry Kings was nothing short of awesome. They were on site within a couple hours and showed us using their technology that the wet area was much larger that we could see(15 feet down the hallway and downstairs into our neighbor's unit).
Because we have an old house (wood floors, plaster/lathe walls) it took much longer to dry and remediate than the expected 3-5 days but they kept us in the

DryKings is honest, transparent, professional and gets the job done. I have unfortunately had to use them twice over the past year and they have done amazing work. In both instances, they were able to dry out the damage and prevent us from having to spend more money on restoring the hardwood floors or replacing walls. We had some water leaking into our carpet downstairs from the neighbors water heater and I called Matthew from dry Kings and they were very responsive and helpful and Matthew got back to me right away and helped answer all of my questions and was able to put my mind at ease. They came out to assess the situation and gave us very good advice and we were able to use them to get our water situation resolved! I would highly recommend the folks at dry Kings restoration! I highly recommend Dry King's for water or fire damage in your home or business. Not only are they confident experts in the field of home disasters they also care about their clients on a personal level.
Sergio and Matthew walk you through what to expect from the Insurance Companies as well. They know what needs to be done, and how to document and communicate that back to your adjuster. I wouldn't call anyone else in the Bay Area if I had another water loss at my house.

Of all the mitigation and restoration companies I met with the day after our fire, Dry Kings was by far the best choice and here’s why: they were not pushy like all of the other sales companies, they remained calm and helped walk me through every step of the crisis, they were personable, knowledgeable and knew how to work with insurance companies, flexible, they were kind and fun to work with.
