I bought a new home and my closet was a LOT smaller than my previous one. I called a few closet companies and Rich was the one to return my phone call the same day (still haven't heard back on a few). He came over to take measurements, listen to my ideas, and put together a great design within budget. The installation took only a few hours and he even put up my new towel rack in the bathroom along with all the paint touchups. I will always highly recommend this business!!

When we bought our house we didn't know that our master closet was not functional. Well at least 75% of it. Anyway, we submitted estimates/consultation request through Yelp and Five Star Closet was one of the many that we felt comfortable working with. Rich was very communicative, on time (we've had someone come 3 hours later, that's crazy) and was professional. Overall, we are very pleased with our closet and can now enjoy utilizing it and more :)

Five Star Closet Co. gets 5 stars for their flexibility, design, and installation skills. We purchased a new home and decided to get a second bid from another closet company because our "Go to" was so far out on installations. I'm glad we did, as Rich designed great closets for our daughters' closet and the master closet. And to top it off, his bid was a couple hundred dollars less than our previous preferred company.

I chose Five Star Closet Co. for a few reasons, I liked that it was a small business and he had good reviews. The owner Rich came out and took measurements, gave us a quote and answered all the questions I had. He was very professional every step of the way and was really nice. We made an appointment, he showed up 10 minutes early on the day of install, and did a great job. This is definitely a Five Star company. If/when we do another closet in our home we will be sure to call Five Star again. Thank you!

Excellent communication and response time from beginning to end.Very detailed overall.My wife and I are very happy with the closet work that Rich performed.He knocked out two closets in one day and kept our home nice and clean throughout the process.Would definitely recommend Five Star Closets to friends and family.

Rich and his team did a great job remodeling the three closets in my house. He was one of the few people that responded immediately to my call and was able to complete the work within my requested timeframe. Rich came to my house to provide a quote on a Monday and began work on Thursday of that same week. He was polite, professional and very easy to work with. Rich recently completed a complete overhaul of the master closet in our home. There was an existing closet that worked well for one person but not for my wife and I. So, Rich came out and he was able to come up with a design that worked for both of us and actually gave us some additional space even after combining two closets worth of clothes and shoes into one closet. There was one minor hiccup when the color of one drawer front didn't match the rest. Rich said no problem and provided a replacement drawer a short time later. I recently needed to have some shelves built into my garage for more storage, so I called Rich to see if this was something he could do. Rich came out and asked us what we had in mind, did some measurements, and we scheduled a day to have the shelves built in. It took him one day to complete the project, and my husband and I are so happy with our additional storage space in the garage!

Rich is really a 5 STAR contractor and as advertised, this guy goes the extra mile and I mean it. In April 2015 I had cabinets installed in my house, he completed 9 separate spaces over the course of two days. Cleaned up after himself and was super thorough.
After the install I really enjoyed everything but just recently realized that in the pantry some of the shelving was possibly too short and therefore was carrying the weight of cans etc. I contacted Rich (mind you, over 18 months later) and he immediately responded eager for me to be happy and to address the issue.
