Drilled a hole in the brand new siding where the installer thought the downspout was going to be installed and not where I asked it to be installed. Later we noticed the hole and no one said a word about the "extra" hole. I will say that they were prompt about getting to the job and did a nice job other than not paying attention to where I asked the downspouts to be and drilling a hole in the brand new siding. Not the kind of service I expected for a company that is twice the price of their competition. He also called and threatened me with physical harm if I didnt pay him for damaging
