National Pool Service have been with us for years. But we recently involved them with a number of pool upgrades due to aging equipment. So they recently replaced our pool filter and are working on replacing the pool lights. They also recently installed a pool heater. Their full-service shop headed by Jack, who’s very knowledgeable, means easy one-stop service, while Mike (the owner) is regularly involved to make sure everything is running smoothly. All-in-all a great experience.

Mike, Mary, Jack and the rest of the team at National Pool Service are wonderful. I was in a pickle, trying to sell my mother's house, and had a few issues with the pool. Given staffing shortages, and other issues caused by covid, they were nothing short of amazing. I was able to have the pool cleaned, repaired, and working by the sale of the house. There is an automated message when you call that says they treat you like family, and I definitely felt that. There addressed my concerns, stayed in communication with me, and even just listened and asked how my family was. I would wholeheartedly recommend

I had a major pool leak that needed immediate attention. First I called the large chain who’s mascot is a rhino and they told me it would be a month before they could come out. So I called National Pool and spoke with Jack. He had a tech come by a few days later and found the leak in a matter of minutes. Besides doing great work, they are also more reasonably priced than the big guys. Highly recommended!

I called on the phone with some technical questions about UV and NaCI systems and spoke with Michael. He was incredibly helpful and extremely knowledgeable, and took lots of time to help me even though he knew I would not be purchasing anything. I live in France now and my French isn't good enough for such a technical discussion here, so I randomly tried National Pool Service Inc. in an effort to learn what I needed to go ahead with my pool here in France. I hit the jackpot !!! - This is a company that knows their business and cares about people . I wish I could use them for the whole job

Called them for a Leaking Valve during Thanksgiving week and WE were Not going to be Home when they said they Might be able to squeeze it in before Thanksgiving. They called Before Thanksgiving and said we'll Fix it while you are gone, they were able to get it done before T-Day. They Did a Professional looking Job when I got back Home on Dec 2nd.

Had problems with my pool light fixture/wiring for years. Went through several "pool repair experts" who failed to resolve the problem. I located National Pool Service via a web search; problem promptly fixed at a fair price. The tech, Anthony, was timely, very knowledgeable and friendly. Couldn't ask for more. I'll be turning to National Pool Service for all future pool issues.

Unfortunately had my pool pump motor go out unexpectedly. I called around desperate to find a replacement asap before the pool would turn green costing me more money. Very thankful I came across National Pool Service on Norton avenue in West Palm Beach. The customer service from Mike and Sam was TOP NOTCH !! I dropped off my burned up motor and half the pump. They had all the needed parts in stock at very competitive prices. Their pump tech replaced the motor, pump shaft seal, and body in no time flat. Sam even gave me a little zip lock bag of o-ring grease when I couldn't remember if I had any
