I am giving a two star review because while we received the product and are satisfied with the quality, I want to just warn people about dealing with this company. They were quite responsive during the shipping period. There was a massive delay which is understandable with the supply chain crisis we have globally. This was not an issue. My issue has come with support after the fact. While the unit we purchased - The St. Kitt's steam shower/sauna combo - is good quality, we did run into fairly major issues during install. The drain system was less than adequate and we spent many weeks and many dollars

Horrible customer service! We spent five thousand dollars on a luxury tub. After a few years, it's leaking...took several phone calls and emails over almost a month only to get the wrong parts delivered. When I called to ask for a return shipping label and the correct parts shipped, I was verbally attacked and shut down by Doug. I couldn't get a word in edgewise. I can't fathom how this place is still in business with such a rude, demeaning, condescending businessperson handling customer calls. Move along and spend your money elsewhere.

I bought a Steam Room shower from Aquapeutics in 2015. It has been a wonderful addition to my home. I have had a number of issues along the way with parts wearing out. Nothing that seemed out of the ordinary wear and tear, as I use the steam generator almost daily. I have been impressed with the warranty, the prompt replacement of part and the overall helpfulness of the Aquapeutics staff.

I bought steam shower L523 from Aquapeutics 9year ago. I love all options this shower provide with: steam, waterfall, massages, lights, radio/MP3, telephone connection. All hydraulics and electronics works perfect. The service people are very nice and friendly. Ordered parts (if rarely needed) coming in time for the reasonable price (free at the warranty period). I've had my tub for several months and couldn't be happier. We had an issue with the faucet filler getting damaged in shipping and they sent us a replacement asap. Overall very pleased with the product and service. This tub is huge so offloading it from the truck was pretty interesting to say the least but the driver was nice and willing to go the extra mile.

Couldn't be happier with the quality of our Venice massage tub! Obviously buying something sight unseen is a bit nerve wracking but our concerns were alleviated the minute we opened up the crate. This tub is huge and has a really cool waterfall feature. Wood trim is gorgeous and really adds an elegant touch to our bathroom. Overall I'd give the entire experience an A+!
