Good reviews DO NOT equal integrity. BILL said he would stop by after appointment to give estimate to hang security door. Told him I wanted my son to be there. When he called back, my son was not there, but I allowed him to come anyway. He said because of the way my main entry door was framed, (very nicely, by the way) he would NOT be able to install security door. He suggested a door strike plate. It took a few minutes and 4 screws to put on door strike. He told me he paid $75 for door strike (found it online at Home Depot and Lowe's for under $10) Told me service call, which it wasn't) was $80

I have no idea what this other guy was talking about when he said this company doesn't exist. I called this company and they answered on the 2nd ring. I asked how long would it take to install storm door? Mr Bill replied, I can do it today. Wow!! Everybody else were talking months. Great door with a great installation.. Thank you!!

Bill from Alpha Doors did an excellent job! Called on Saturday to set up an appointment for him to come out & he actually came out the same day! He does not have a show room, he did have a big selection to choose from in a magazine & was very professional.
I ordered 2 security doors & he installed them on Monday! Bill did all this in 3 days!
We love our new doors & highly recommend Alpha Doors. When we are able to replace the double security door for the front of our house we are definitely going to call Alpha Doors!!! Thank you Bill for excellent service!

The owner came to my home on a saturday, went over his catalog with me and took my order. I had already shopped around so was pleasantly surprised at the price. When the door was ready he came to my house and installed it. He was very attentive to every detail of the installation and I could not be happier. Excellent quality door, good price, great customer service and locally owned.

My security door was broken into I called an Bill was very helpful he came out and suggested what door I needed to get. He also made a repair to the main door so the deadbolt worked better. Came out next day to install. He was professional and made sure I was satisfied with work. He also took the time to look at back door. Will definitely recommend!!!!!
