Since 1996 ArborScape has been the tree trimming Denver pro and the first call to ten of thousands of customers when a tree needs to be maintained or saved. There is a lot more to this work than just providing clearance for buildings and pedestrians. Here is a basic description of our tree trimming process.
Most shrub trimming companies simply run a trimmer along the outside of the plant because it's quick and easy. But on the wrong type of shrub, this can do ugly and permanent damage. Many times this will look acceptable just after the work is done - but in time your shrub may not flower, or if a juniper shrub, it will start to brown in color.
Residents and tenants are impressed when a hired tree service is friendly, cleans up well, and responds to on-the-job concerns in a professional way. I have used ArborScape on two different occasions. The first time they did a great job of trimming out some big trees in our backyard. Our locust still looks great two years after doing the trimming. They even ground out an annoying stump from an old bush in our side yard. The crew leader was professional and courteous, and they cleaned up the yard well afterwards.
Last summer they took out two trees in our front yard and ground out the stumps. Again, they were quick, clean and did a thorough job. And the price was very fair.

Don't waste your time even trying to get an estimate from this company. Their ads most definitely do not reflect their level of customer service. Customer service and follow through is absolutely non existent. Incompetent office staff. When it starts off with incompetence, repeated deists and not doing what they say they will,it's probably a pretty good reflection of what you'll get on the job.

We had an excellent experience with ArborScape. Setting up a quote was easy and the price was reasonable. The scheduling office was very organized and communicative. Angel and his team showed up a few minutes early and were thorough, efficient and did great work. The ground under the tree was impeccable after they left with zero trimming debris. Very impressed and would definitely recommend them for tree trimming services.

Fantastic. We got three different bids for pruning two of our main trees at home. Although ArborScape wasn't the least expensive - we've learned that like many other things, you get what you pay for.
Everyone involved was professional, and extremely knowledgeable about what (and why) they were doing what they were doing. We even received a text reminder that they would be out on the day we had scheduled with them. Although the process is a messy one, I was really impressed by how well they cleaned up everything before leaving.

We contracted with Arborscape for jobs on two different properties. They went to the wrong property on each date, they did one job early, but didn't finish is for two months insisting that it had been finished. They charged me twice for one job and auto-billed it to my credit card. I called them to fix the double charge and they were unable to find any double charge even though I clearly had the charge on my statement. After several calls, they agreed to remove the almost $800 charge, but they did not. I would not have a much to complain about if they had better organization. Their employees

Summary: scheduled me. took day off, didn't bother to show up, offered another random day. Common trend in yelp reviews that ArborScape shows up whenever they want (and apparently bill you for it), not when you agree on. Unless you want to be at the mercy of "whenever the hell we feel like it," find another company.

ArborScape exceeded expectations. The crew was professional and accommodating. There was certainly an art to their craft. We hired them to cut down two massive ailanthus that were threatening the house and they had them both down in a matter of hours and cleaned up thoroughly. I had ArborScape come out and give me an estimate on trimming back a couple of trees. They were hitting the roof and had dead branches etc.. They were quick and no high pressure. I called later to schedule because their price was too good to pass up. When my date came, they were prompt and very courteous. They trimmed up the trees, which took a while, and the cleaned up everything. My back porch looked better than it did before they came. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone. Thank you.

We had ArborScape come remove two large dead trees on our property. The office staff is polite and prompt. Pricing was by far the best we found and the work was done well. There was no mess when the crew left and we did not have to clean up any remnants. My only tip to those working with this company- they have a full schedule for their boom trucks, which is a testament to their work, so make sure to get on the schedule early as sometimes they have to book weeks in advance.

I called for a quote from ArborScape, they won the bid for the most inexpensive tree removal. The tree was down the next day! I was impressed with the efficiency of the company.
The stump removal was a higher bid than other companies but I saved more money on the tree removal that the overall cost was still lower. I highly recommend this company and will use them again

Extremely pleased. The prior company I used treated me like garbage, came out for an estimate and said we really do jobs around $10K and up. So why set up an appointment, not return emails or phone calls?
I went on the hunt and cannot tell you how pleased I am with Arbor Scape. I have used Arborscape for around 3 or 4 years. I used them once in the first year to do tree trimming and consulting on a big cottonwood. They did what we agreed to and price was a bit higher than average. Since that time I do not use them for tree trimming due to their price. I have had them quote three jobs and all of them came in almost double other trimmers.
Their rationale is the common tactic that other trimmers aren't licensed or insured and you get what you paid for. And I agree with that in general, but tree trimming prices are incredibly subjective and all over the place and

They gave us an inflated estimate due to our high demand to remove a large branch that struck our power line and was promised to fulfill service first thing the next morning.
They never showed up the morning. I called and asked why no one ever showed up. I also explained that the electrical problem has been resolved. I asked for compensation due to the fact they didn't fulfill their time slot as indicated the day before.
They took off 14 dollars and change for the inconvenience.. Ouch! That stinks.

Just wanted to do a quick update.
We used Arborscape again this spring to fertilize and do preventive treatment on our remaining ash trees for ash boring beetles. The white ash that they originally treated in 2012 is doing awesome, and seems that it never got attacked by the beetles after the first treatment. It looks great and I've noticed a huge difference in the growth of the tree since they have been fertilizing.
On the other purple ash, which had been bored back in 2012 (along with our purple ash that died) it has come back and is now growing vigorously again, and no signs of

I have a rental property with a 25' tree that needed to be removed while the house was occupied. The tree was very close to the house and it was important to me that ArborScape be very professional and considerate of the renters whenever they were on the property - from estimation through completion.
ArborScape did a great job. The renters were very happy with them and told me so - which made me happy too. Just as important, I was happy with the cost, the speed, and the quality of work. I can't imagine how it could've been any better.

I have used ArborScape twice in the last several years and found their service to be outstanding. They worked with me on revising a series of estimates, and were very responsive about doing so. For the jobs themselves, they were punctual and did an excellent job with both the work and clean-up. I have had tree and bush trimming, yard cleanup, and tree removal performed.

We have hired ArborScape 3 times and are dropping them due to issues with their customer service and billing.
They require a credit card number over the phone to book an appointment ... ? And this is after successfully using them a few times in the past. Also, they book 60 days in advance -- mainly because they don't have a good system in place. Lastly, the staff is not competent nor friendly.
They do good tree work - but the rest of the experience is just not worth the trouble!

I bought my home late last spring, and the neighbor's diseased American Elm was hanging over my garage and all through the power lines... it was a mess, and the limbs were dead.
