Cory and Courtney DUNCAN are not to be trusted. He took our $4,000.00 deposit and never came back to bring supplies, start his job like he said he would. He has stopped answering our calls. After some research we have found out he has done this before. NOT USE THIS COMPANY BEWARE OF THEM !!! You will waste your time, energy , and money. We do not want this happening to other families who work hard. I am very disappointed someone would do this.

I paid these scammers over 4K (50% deposit) back on May 14th. They have gave me start dates after start dates and would always have excuses for not starting the job. Now I’ve told them I was moving on and I wanted our deposit back via email because they won’t return our calls. They communicated back via email that my money was tied up to cost of materials spent on other projects. They would get me my deposit back when they had the funds again?!?
Please please look elsewhere! I wouldn’t wish this experience on my worst enemy! Over 4k stolen from my family at this point! 0 stars

I recently hired Cory to install a Building/Carport for me, I had no idea what I was doing, He recommended tons of ideas which was amazing & helped out so much, I have to say I was super impressed with his great work and craftsmanship, my back yard looked 10 times better than it did before he came out! Amazing service, Great quality I couldn’t be more happier with the turn out! I would definitely hire this guy again! Thank you again Cory!

Corey was the epitome of all those descriptors above! We needed two 'pole barn' structures constructed coming off two different buildings. Steel framing and metal roofing. The structures are very strong and will last for decades. He was on time, and he completed ahead of schedule, He was extremely responsive to all requests and change orders and still met schedule! I could not have asked for a better quality job. And one of the main reasons DC Landscape was chosen was because of his very competitive pricing! I will be going back to Corey again and again!

For the first time DC Landscape and Construction built a pergola it turned out awesome!!! I think we both learned a little or at least I did and know they will do an even better job next time woth more options for the customer. Looks like they can do a little bit of everything form carports to metal buildings and now pergolas. Price was very reasonable and loved it was a father and son team. They do a great job, so they are backed up a bit, so get Corey out for an estimate and get them on the books as It was 6 weeks from the day I paid 1/2 of the invoice.

We were looking for an affordable option to cover our 20x30 patio without having to compromise aesthetics or durability. Corey and his team did a great job! Definitely more affordable than having a wooden patio built and a heck of a lot more durable than a cheap patio cover from Costco.

Do Not use this company DC Landscape & Construction or having business with this person Corey Duncan. He did a very bad job on installing the flashing between the building and the new patio cover he built, the water pouring down where the flashing installed when rain.
We have called him numerous times, every week in several months, but he never come back to fix problem. We are so frustrated!!!
Terrible person to do business with. If you are looking for something to be done right, run far far away from this company or this person Corey Duncan.
