My name is Damian Heim, I am the Managing Owner of Handmade Homes and here is a little bit about me. I grew up in a small farm town in North Eastern Iowa. While growing up I worked on farms and during high school I worked for Custom Pre-Cast setting slats for the construction of hog confinement buildings.
Covell Valley is located in highly sought-after East Edmond. Filled with gorgeous views, this beautiful community contains 168-acres for mixed-use. This neighborhood is just east of I-35, off Covell and Air Depot, but before Coffee Creek. Located in the Edmond School District. These homes feed into Will Rogers Elementary, Central Middle School, and Edmond Memorial High School.
East Edmond has historically only had a low amount of medium sized acreage lots available, Until Now! Handmade homes has purchased 52 acres of land in East Edmond on Covell and Post that are going to be broken up into 5.01 acre lots that will each have private drives that are accessed from Covell on some of the lots, and Post on some of the lots.
