I was waiting to see how my friend, who hired your company to do cleaning and window washing, felt about your company. You showed up OVER an hour late and then could not do all she requested. Sorry, people, but if you are hired to do a job and give the time you will arrive, you do not come over an hour late. I'll look elsewhere.
