They have always provided wonderful, friendly, and honest service at a reasonable price. My husband thought we might need our lines cleaned out so I asked after this last pump service. Paul assured me that our lines are good, we just had a lot of solids in the tank. So we will change our service from 6 to 5 years.
But we will go back to them again, as long as they are around. Very happy with Byers! Paul and Dustin are great people, super friendly and very professional. They called before to confirm they were on their way, and the whole process took less than 30 minutes. We won't fool you! Typical septic tank services companies will quote their service on a minimum tank size of 500 gallons.

Three months ago the sale of our house fell through after Byers told the purchasers that our septic system was shot and needed replacement. We had two other companies look at it and said that it looked fine, but the sale fell through nonetheless because the purchasers were sure that we needed a new system. Today we had a fourth company look at it, and water test it (which Byers refused to do). The entire system passed with flying colors! I don't know what Byers was up to, but whatever it was, they were completely wrong. I would be very skeptical of this company.
