David came to to our home and quickly diagnosed the issues with our 20 year old tub. He was able to discuss pricing and options. There was never any pressure to buy anything and he didn't try to upsell us either. In the long run it was decided it would be better to look into a possible replacement versus continued long term repairs. Thanks David.

The in-store staff was very friendly and educated us on the various features and options. Our new hot tub was recently delivered. This store took a 1000 dollar deposit but can’t (won't) deliver the product and won’t refund the deposit. They initially claimed our deposit was fully refundable and now changed their tune and point to the fine print. Still no firm commitment Shady business. They also pay $25 for positive reviews in store credit that should’ve been my first clue.

We had our control panel on our hot tub go down. We called our old repairman and he no longer does repair work in our area. He recommended Legacy and we called them. They scheduled a repairman to come the next day. He was prompt and knowledgeable about the necessary repair. Service was excellent and I am happy to recommend Legacy.

Our hot tub was delivered by Joe and Travis today. What a couple of great guys! They were on time, hard working, professional and pleasant to be around. We purchased a Jacuzzi J-385 Whirlpool Spa. Great place to do business with! Johnny in the store was super knowledgeable about all the products, the pros/cons of each and didn't try to over-sell us. When it came time for installation, they sent out two guys who were on time, along with an electrician to do the hookup. All were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They went over all the features, chemicals and how to manage the tub. Can't say enough great things about everyone associated with Legacy! This is not our first Jacuzzi hot tub (previously owned one up north), yet

We went to other stores first and were told we were 6-9 months out, maybe even a year! to get the hot tub we wanted. We went to Legacy and they had prepared - no problem having our tub delivered, installed and running perfectly within 3 weeks! If you're shopping, do yourself a favor and save time - Legacy is the only place you need.

We found that these guys were very helpful and were good at answering our questions. Unfortunately, they recommended a Vita Joli Spa and we're sorry that we bought it. As our third spa (Hot Springs, Caldera and now this one) I have to say I would not buy it again. Whenever we change the water, we get an airlock on one side. Every. Single. Time. Repeated attempts at getting the jets going again are frustrating and the lack of circulation in there is not good.

Excellent selection of hot tubs, spas, equipment in a showroom venue. Took me 4-5 visits to find my hot tub that would work for my location on lanai. Each salesman explained the differences on various models, brands and what I was looking at in a hot tub. Excellent customer service, knowledge and communication. Kept me informed on delivery and co -ordinated hook up service with electrician. Prices vary greatly but quality does not, highly recommend Legacy Hot Tubs if your interested in purchasing one.!!!!!!!!!

We just had our Jacuzzi J-325 installed and the entire process was smooth and well coordinated. They take care of everything. I was lucky again when I found a Legacy Hots Tubs ad. Owner James answered the phone the way a professional should instead of the mumbling you get from trashy receptionists in Florida. Other companies quoted $400 to begin with, they'd say or it depends how long it takes to do the job (drain the old water, scrub the shell, clean and refill the the hot tub). The owner of pool co. called me back to ask how long it takes me to do it. Legacy Hot Tubs quoted and a mature retired engineer left my hot tub sparkling for $175 not a penny more, no up-sell, no deep south poorly run business exposure
