While direct encounters with bears are infrequent in this area, they do happen. Generally, they happen when a bear is foraging for food and learns that a human neighborhood is a good place to find it. We called DeSoto because we used them in Pinetop and were very satisfied. They were SUPER RESPONSIVE and SUPER PROFESSIONAL. Ben came and did the estimate and also performed the work. They were thorough and cleaned up afterward. We didn't get another quote, so they may be a bit pricey, but we're happy to have peace of mind.
