We needed a sewer scope to give us peace of mind before closing on our new home. The entire process was simple and quick! In purchasing a home, I hired a service that bundled a sewer scope with the home inspection. They were unable to run their scope to the street leaving me with unanswered questions. I turned to 48 hour and hired them to come do the job as they had different equipment and more options and choices of length and size of scopes. They were able to find a clean out that enabled them to access the view to the street and verify that all was functioning fine. Wish I would have contracted with them in the beginning as they have the expertise to do the job right and well the first time.

We had 48 Hour Inspection come out all the way to Salem to do a sewer scope one what is now our home. Jason was the one to come to the sewer scope, he did a great job and was very informative. Later that day, I received a link to go watch the sewer scope video they made. It was posted on YouTube. I was very happy with their services. I have also been working with Troy, and he has also been great to deal with and very fast to communicate if you need anything. I would definitely recommend these guys if you need any services!

Troy is fantastic. He scoped a building we are purchasing and we could not find the access. He troubleshot and we worked backwards to get the job done to avoid having to schedule another visit. We found the access and did the scope only to find three intrusions in the line that need to be dealt with. Great to work with. Highly recommend.

Troy and 48 Hour Inspection are awesome. My home inspector recommended 48 Hour Inspection to conduct a sewer scope. I contacted Troy that day and we made an appointment for the very next day. I arrived early for the inspection and Troy was already there waiting for me. He was very professional in explaining the process and what he was looking for during the sewer scope. Once he completed the scope I had my report and video of the scope within 7 hours. It couldn't be easier. I highly recommend 48 Hour Inspection!

My husband and I have just recently sold our home and bought another home. Troy was hired by the buyers of our old home to do the sewer scope. His initial scope found a block and his recommendation was that the whole sewer line would need to be replaced, which could cost upwards of $10,000. Someone had to run into the sewer from hell and it was me. And I hired Troy to look at it. And it took him a long time over two days to figure out what we had. He received almost no help from the county.
