Everything about the experience was great! I had a garage door opener project for a double garage door. Louie from Ascent responded to my message really quickly with a competitive quote, was able to schedule next day, showed up *exactly* when he said he would, and got the work done really quickly. He even balanced my door for free! He wore a mask and took all COVID safety precautions, which we appreciated as well. I'd definitely recommend Ascent and will use them in the future for any garage door projects.

I researched prices of several garage door companies and he was a lot cheaper than others.

Our remote was stolen out of our car and we needed service quickly. When system wouldn't pair, Louie told us it was most likely the circuit board but totally understood if we wanted a second opinion. Ascent promptly fixed my 2 car garage door that had a sudden failure and a few issues beyond my ability (broken roller hinge, off the tracks, re-spooled the cable, wound the spring, aligned the door, etc). He was very responsive with messages and was one of the only companies to give a real price estimate before coming over to see the garage and do the work (and he stuck to his quote after doing the work, too!).
