Stev is totally wonderful! He was very responsive and clear, and did an amazing job with our rugs. An added bonus is that his pricing is super reasonable, and he uses all environmentally-friendly supplies! He was also very good with our dog (who's usually very afraid of people using machines). I tried calling to make an appointment, no answer. Should've got the message then, but I went and booked an appointment online for Saturday July 22. I never received a call to confirm. Only emails and text messages. I try calling to confirm, still no answer.
Fast forward to Saturday. My appointment start time was at 11am. So I stayed home and had the mattress ready. About 12-1, I got an email that the appointment was cancelled. I called and called and called.... but no answer.
Looks like they do a good job. I wouldn't know. Still need my mattress cleaned. Time to look elsewhere!

Marlon and his brother arrived on time, called and texted ahead as a reminder. Arrived with the necessary equipment and supplies, didn't try to upsell or overcharge and began working upon arrival.
They were thorough and competent and the carpet looked good. It will take a bit of time to dry completely but they left booties so I could walk on it. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend Top Steamer. They were prompt and considerate and spoke English!

If you want to make your carpet look just like a new one, from tattered, old to polish new, then I'd recommend to rely on this company. Since days I was planning to get my carpet clean from professionals but couldn't think of any. So I got to know about them through yelp and within an hour in fact less than that, Adi rang my doorbell. Punctual, professional and knowledgeable! He came equipped with his kit and cleaned it in less than an hour! He was really quick and the way he did the job was amazing! I recommend him to everyone.

Had 6 area rugs in storage for 5 months and needed them cleaned. I googled "area rug cleaners" and got a bunch of adds. I saw the one for Top Steamer and decided to give them a try since there was an actual "person" in the pic of the advertisement. I called the number and spoke to Marlon (they guy in the pic). He told me he could be at my house in an hour, give me an estimate and if he could, he would do the rugs on site. Literally showed up within the hour with another guy (David). In and out in 2 hours and also did my 6 dinning room chairs. Very personable, reliable

They deserve 5 stars. They were available on a Saturday morning. They came on time. I didn't feel any rushing , they even recommended the cleaning of one bathroom and cleaning behind the refrigerator without charging more. They are professional. Recommended. By the way they did tile and grout cleaning . They started at. 930 am they were done at 1230pm. It was 1300 sqft and they worked 2 people. Both more knowledgable than other !

if i could give them 10 stars i would!! the entire experience was flawless. from the very beginning the self serve online appointment desk is amazing. i have never seen anything quite like it. VERY efficient! they came to my home at 9.30 and got right to work. they left at noon and my sofa, 2 club chairs, ottoman and pillows were SPOTLESS! i was in awe! my sofa is over 10 years old and is lived on by my dogs, it was FILTHY and i contemplated throwing it away. the chairs were the same. i thought i would give Marlon at Top Steamer a try. they cleaned and cleaned and cleaned until they

I got a call about 30 minutes prior to my appointment stating that they would be a "little" late. When I asked how long they quoted me a time 2-3 HOURS AFTER MY SCHEDULED TIME! By the time they actually arrived, they were almost 4 HOURS LATE. I had printed some online coupons but my unit did not specifically match any of the descriptions so they would not apply ANY of the available coupons to my service (no matter how closely they matched the description, it wasn't exact). When I asked if they would then offer a discount for the extreme tardiness, all he could offer me was $10

Hired them to clean a couch and some chairs that our cat peed on. He did a good job but the smell still didn't come out of one of our couch cushions. He came back in a couple days and spent another couple hours cleaning out the smell without any fuss or extra charge.

So I left a message for service to my apartment I was moving out of and I have tried the Doctor rug cleaner you can rent and that was a fail! AND I have dealt with carpet "professionals" before and got ripped off. Marlon called back about 30 minutes later gave me a great quote about 50 to 90 cheaper than the other guys. Came in two days later to South Beach... on time and knocked it out in 30 minutes. Honored the price he mentioned and was an awesome guy to do business with. I love giving props to great business people and he is one of the few I say great job!!!!

They came to my apartment on really quick notice AND..
They really pulled some strings to get me in thier schedule.
And even though we have wine and drinks on the rug they did a great job
in removing everything withOUT extra cost.
I've dealt with cleaners for years and they always want to up sell you on some crazy stuff that should be included. While Top Steamer does offer value added services the good stuff is built into their regular pricing.
Overall top steamer really did a great

I hired Top Steamer because I wanted to hire a small, local company instead of one of the larger corporate giants. I am a little disappointed about that decision. I called Top Steamer, got a quote of $120 for my two bedroom, living room, & dining room apartment, let them know I had a $10 coupon from Yelp, and scheduled an appointment for the next day.
Top Steamer came about 20 minutes late and cleaned most of my carpet but I'm not 100% satisfied. I left my fiance in charge of supervising the carpet cleaning because I was at work so when I returned I noticed that they didn't move

Top Steamer sent out two guys who did a good job steam-cleaning the bedroom carpet. They were able to make the appointment for the day after I called them, and they only charged the price that I had been quoted over the phone -- no hidden extras. Their fee was 25 - 35% lower than the other places I called.
