Russ was the 5th plumber who we asked for help with our with our Lochinvar boiler. We had no heat or hot water for ten days in December, but the glitches started in November. Another company in town spent a month taking it apart and ordering parts. They did try their best, but Russ came out and had our boiler running and the problem diagnosed in 1.5 hours. Even though he had not worked on our type of boiler before, he was able to troubleshoot and get heat to our hot water heater and our radiant floor system. He also found that the parameters were not set correctly when the system was installed

Superior Heating & Cooling saved my families life. Literally. They identified several leaks in our furnace that were venting CO and then were able to get a new furnace installed very rapidly. No pressure, explained everything very clearly, and very friendly. They went the extra mile and let us borrow space heaters till the new furnace could get installed. I highly recommend Superior Heating and Cooling!!!

Smart, timely, super helpful, wonderful people at Superior. They completed a job at The Myrna Loy that several other outfits turned down because it was too complicated. They also installed new furnaces and air purification systems on furnaces and A/C - so important in these times.

Russ' quote to Justine's communication, then answering any questions along the way, the install, and warranty (which in itself is amazing, 12 years with yearly maintenance). We couldn't be more pleased with choosing Superior Heating and Cooling, Inc. We had an AC-ready system that needed a condenser. Quite amazing to see what was accomplished in half a day by one person. The system performs so well and is quiet. Thank you for treating your customers so well. It really
