I rarely write reviews, but I just had such a bad experience with this company that I had to save others from wasting their time. I contacted Rodgers Awnings to get a quote for a small awning for my back door. From the start there were problems. Apparently the receptionist wrote down my phone number wrong so after a few days of me contacting them, I got an email asking for me to call them if I was still interested. I did and when I called a guy named Dan, he was very flustered and said "Uh yeah I guess I can talk for a minute." If you can't talk, why would you answer? And then he didn't offer to

After a few email exchanges about our broken Sunsetter (do yourself a favor and never get one of those) we learned that Rodgers Awnings don't repair Sunsetters. Dan said he would be glad to come out and give us an estimate for a new awning from them. He called when he was almost to the house to let us know he was coming. He arrived on time and with loads of ideas. When we were talking about cloth awnings, he asked about our needs. For example, how often did we roll it in (only when a storm was coming) and had we ever thought about a permanent awning? No we never had and what were the bennifts of
