My furnace was having issues late at night shutting off and on. Called a few 24/7 places around town (early sunday morning,mind you). Doug was the only one that responded early that morning asking if I still needed assistance. When I said I did, one of his tech assistants called promptly and tried to assist me over the phone with the issue which I appreciate. Deciding that I needed the help of a pro, I asked them to come over within the day, and they were here within 30 minutes. They really know their stuff, taking time to explain what they determined the issue was, and how they were solving it

I was having problems with my furnace and everything I could find online failed to fix it. I called expecting to be charged an emergency fee to come out right away but the owner was about to walk me through things and I fixed it myself. He could've easily charged me for a trip that ended up only taking 10 minutes to fix myself. He's an honest guy and I'll be calling him if any future problems arise.

Doug responded to us within 10 minutes of us requesting a quote to install our Mini Split Heat Pump System on Home Advisor. He met with us and gave us a quote which we accepted. Then he setup a date to do the installation on the next Monday. He guys showed up on time, completed the install faster than I thought that they would. Then they gave us a walk through showing us how everything worked on our new system. Before leaving they made sure that they picked up every bit of the trash created by the installation. We would highly recommend Doug and his crew to anyone who is looking for a very Professional

My furnace went out one night he diagnosed the problem gave me all the options, I appreciate that he took the time to explain everything in great detail. I had a working furnace within the same day. He was friendly during the whole process. He went above and beyond to get the job done and did great work.
