Prior to opening Advanced MicroClean, Manuel "Manny" Perez was Vice President of CAPRI/NOVA Remediation Services (an national engineering firm) for ten years. There he supervised a crew of 16 in remediation/removal of mold, lead-based paint and other hazardous materials. Manny has supervised thousands of microbial remediation, and mold abatement projects throughout the states.
A. Some types of mold, fungi and other contaminants - referred to collectively as "microbial growth" - are toxic. They emit dangerous mycotoxins. These contaminants can cause respiratory distress, allergies, skin rash and irritations, eye and mucous membrane discomfort and may exacerbate symptom of asthma and other life-threatening conditions.
MicroCleaning is the process of isolation, containment, air scrubbing and specialize cleaning of all areas whether in a commercial or residential environment that is contaminated with microbial growth such as stachybotrys more commonly known as the "toxic black mold" or Pencillium which are just examples of mold species.

Clear retest!! Manny is one of the most hardworking and honest business owners I have ever met. We had a large and upscale home which required a lot of mold remediation. Not only did his pricing come back fair and justifiable but he was super quick to fit us into the schedule in a pinch. Their cleanup and work was done with a lot of care and thought involved. With the house being large we were concerned about a failed retest but we had an all clear on the first try. Mold can be a pain but I promise you that going with Manny and his team will be the best decision you ever made.

They are very professional. They are fast, thorough, and very honest. The work staff accidentally broke the back of my toilet. I did not notice it until after they had left and were fully paid. As far as price and quality of work , Manny was great. He offered a fair price and was able to get a crew in quick to help get rid of our mold issue. The problem was, the crew he used had a machine which scratched our brand-new $16,000 tile floors that were just installed. I called the tile guys and asked them how to clean the black mark into the new floors. He told me to speak to Manny and figure out what the machine was so we could decide how to clean the tiles best.
