Our multipurpose dry chemical line of stored pressure fire extinguishers are designed to combat the majority of fire risks found in commercial, industrial, and domestic environments. The ABC Multipurpose Dry Chemical Fire Extinguisher is suitable for use on Class A (normal combustibles like wood and paper products), Class B (flammable liquids), and Class C (electrical) fires.

I have done business with this company for 4 years and each year they have increased their rates. Today Alfonso shows up to my shop and the bill to recharge an extinguisher was almost twice as much as i was charged from the previous year. This year i was charged a minimum service of $35 and a recharge for $20 for a grand total of $55. I asked him why the charge was so high this time around and his answer was that the rates are the same from previous years and he wouldn't come down here to do business for $25 only. He acted as if he was doing me a favor. Poor customer service and completely

I brought my fire extinguisher here to have it serviced at their so-called "drop in" location on Mission Street in San Francisco. Not finding any hours posted on their website, I went with the assumption that if I "dropped in" during normal business hours, someone would be there to service my fire extinguisher.
But no, no one was there at 3:30 on a Monday afternoon. I called them on the building intercom several times, only to get an answering machine that also did not list any hours. I managed to get into the building eventually and went and knocked directly on their door, loudly, and no one

I called several companies and no one answer, why do they have phone numbers on their websites if they are not gonna pick up the phone.
So anyway after calling different companies thank God I called Bay Hill Fire Protection the guy who answered the phone was very helpful and very knowledgeable, so I set up an appointment and he was able to come the next day early in the morning.
I'm very happy bcuz he helped us with the fire extinguishers, exit and emergency lights he serviced them all and we were able to pass the fire department inspection. We're definitely staying with this company.
